Airport Van Rental

Not sure who to blame but this was a bait and switch. My reservation said unlimited mileage but when I got there they told me it wasn't. Not happy.

Don’t leave credit card to them otherwise your credit card will be charged much more extra after.

Small service. Good quality vehicles. Good pricing. Off-site location so plan an extra 15 minutes each way after reaching the rental car facility for the airport.

Terrible car and customer service. Upon getting to the car, I noticed the dents and scratches. I told the agent about it and he was rude, just put few writings about the scratches on the rental agreement and left.

Van rented was in poor condition with a huge 5' long dent on one side and dents on the other side; took 1.5 hours from time I called them at the airport before we could drive off. The van wasn't in rentable condition; it looked horrible. Then as we drive off, find out it hadn't been filled up and only had 1/4 tank.

The staff were really helpful and accommodating, especially Michael They had the best price on big SUVs. Highly recommend using this company

Great service! Even though the code I brought wouldn’t work they honored it. The only thing that could be better is speed to get through checkout process.

Vehicle is the same as any other place, but picking it up is a drama, they ask where you going, who is going, why, just to much crap...

I was having trouble finding a van rental company who did not ask for a credit card. I was able to use my debit card with a deposit and address verification. It was very easy and fast. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you.

Great experience. But I took Uber to pick up the car to not have to take multiple shuttles to get the car. The vehicle I received had quite a few dents but not so much that it was too bad. Didn’t mind it for the great price. The staff was courteous and the return was very smooth and efficient. Will rent from here again.

Car had not been cleaned inside. Check in was slow and check out was very slow. Price was great if you’re not in a hurry!
