very very nice employees. One came in a little early just to make sure we got to the terminal on time. Mini van was fine with no problems.

Everyone is very courteous, caring and helpful. They are accommodating and knowledgeable. I gladly recommend them always.

Shady operation. The third party booking through hotwire left me stranded in san jose, ca. Airport van rental uses the san jose airport address but their operation is located in santa Clara. When my flight landed, i looked for the rental and found out the business was not located in the airport, when I tracked avr rental, which was under another name, they were closed qt 6pm i arrived at 7pm. I had to call an uber and pick up my van the next day. When i arrived, the agent treated me like I was a bother abd and almost didn't give me a van because I didn't pick up the van on the day i ordered it. After explaining the situation. she hesitantly gave me rental. I will never use hotwire or avr again.

Quick and easy process to get a van. Van was clean inside and out.

Waited in a dark sketchy part of LA for half an hour for a shuttle van to pick us up after arriving. When we got to the pick up place it was disorganized and it didn't seem like anybody working was on the same page. One customer was taking up all available workers and we waited for a VERY long time to be helped. Shuttle drivers were nice and the person who helped us return vehicle was quick and efficient.

Courtious, clean , comfortable!

Good things first. Price was good, I got 9.99 per day plus 10 off for the whole week rental. This location, staff members show no interest caring you, during the rental contract signing process. Then, The car I got front bumpers seems like had some damages from pervious rental trip, I asked for another one, they told me they will mark the damage and but I still have to take this car. This is ridiculous! And, DO NOT prepaid the gas, they charged a full tank, in fact it will at least short for 2 gallons in the tank which the gauge won’t reflect. After I drove about 2-3 miles, the gauge no longer show full.

I felt I was not the right race for them. They paid more attention to the people that were there that were from their country. Or more related to them. It was way too long to wait for the van, for the car to be released, and I wish I had just taken the bus to my destination. there was no advantage to using this company.

Extremely slow service for both pick up and drop off. Extremely expensive insurance packages. The disclaimer that unlimited miles is not for locals is not stated until you arrive at pick up.

Explained process of insurance and procedures very well. Friendly staff. Very helpful in transportation to and from LAX.
