Airport Van Rental

Need more counter staff. Cheerful and helpful though. Too far off site. Requires a lot more time

Great Rental, need better instructions as to finding the return facility!

The location was of the airport it took 1 1/2 hours to get there and I paid to hotwire and get the fuel Options but still don't understand the change on the invoice

They were closed when our delayed flight arrived. We had no way to get to our hotel. Uber etc. won't work for our group of 7 (5 kids, multiple carseats). We ended up spending $75 on disney express just to leave the airport. Then, upon calling the next morning, I find they do not offer pickup, may not even have a van anymore, and may charge a higher rate if they do; all this through being put on hold three times, getting hung up on once, and trying to manage all my kids and interact with extended family on what was supposed to be a fun disney trip. Finally, five hours later, while I'm in side Disneyland with my family, I receive a follow up phone call that we can still rent a van, but we have to be there by 2pm to get it. So now my dad and I have to leave the park, and (leaving my husband and step mom and all the kids there) go and get the van. Once there, she couldn't find the reservation, made us wait 45 min. For the owner to show up, and basically sucked away 2 hours of very expensive park time. Then, we found out they would be closed when our flight left, and we had to pay an additional $25 just to park it at the airport! It was an incredibly stressful and expensive experience. Do not recommend.

No hassles, no surprises and very professional employees. The rental van itself exceeded our expectations.

The price was good, but the vehicle was not quite as well equipped as most rentals. A little slow in checking out. Good price for a van rental, if you need a big vehicle.

Great people, great service

In the app it was an amazing offer, at the end it was more expensive! First of all the rental spot is not in the rental center, it took more than an hour for the shuttle to pick up us. The shuttle back to the airport did not wanted to leave us in the corresponding terminal, the chauffeur said we need to walk, image that with a baby, 7 pieces of luggage, the diaper bag and my back pack!!! How can that be possible, the terminal was in the same airport! I am sorry but I am not sure if I will use their service again or recommend it!

Yes my experience was sort of out the ordinary do the multi car accident on the day of my arrival. Traffic was tied up for hours and my pickup from the airport was delayed over an hour due to the accident. Once picked up from the airport everything was great all the staff were nice and courteous my car was nice and clean.

Long wait time at airport for a van. 45 minutes.

Quick, honest, nice van.

Reserved a 15 passenger van with unlimited miles. Received a 12 passenger van with 250 miles per day.

I was told by 2 different people that returning the vehicle after hours would not cost us an extra day, but we were charged an extra day at a much higher daily rate. Not very pleased with the communication.

Prices are given per day but get added up weird so as to not get back deposit. Any remaining money you had gets overcharged and then “deducted” so it feels as though they gave you a discount for ?? Didn’t say the receipt they send over is not the same prices given to you uphand so beware

Pick up and drop off was quick and the vehicle was good.
