Prepaid reservation was cancelled on a pretext and then was insulted by staff.
Great price....but lack of personal working. Had to wait for 1.5 hrs for pickup at DEN. Then only one staff at desk to serve everyone. I must been there for a good hour or so before finally getting the van and drove away. The return was much faster and was surprised. I would still give them a chance again.
Beware! Unlimited mileage is for outside of 128 miles radius from the office. Basically if you live within 128 miles radius, you only can drive up to 250 miles. It’s not advertised in Expedia. Very misleading.
Long wait process for pickup and drop of the car
No ride to and from airport, bad reservations, unreasonable restrictions, employees with no uniforms and just winging it threw the contracts, no flexibility and no after hour return are all indication that this business did not have the proper start up capitol at least for this location.
The wait was too long to get the car. Need help at the front desk. Never showed us how to operate the vehicle. We were the one who did the inspection of the car!
One of the worst service I ever got. I really felt like I got cheated by them as their Quote and the real contract is too different. I end up paying almost double the amount quoted to me. ** Unlimited miles on the quote is a joke. They charged on a daily basis. ** Return time they speak differently and on a real contract different. ** Don't expect from old ladies working there behave nicely when you talk. They are very rude while talking. Next time I will consider canceling trip If I don't get Van from others but never ever goto Airport van rental at Dallas Tx.
Its a great rental every time no hassles no worries and friendly staff
Horrible experience. Dropped off from LAX at vacant parking lot in South Central LA and had to wait additional twenty plus minutes for another shuttle ride. Upon return to ONT, no customer service, no instructions, and had to hire an Über just to get back to the airport...then received a call two days later looking for their van, when it was in their parking lot the entire time!

Inside of the van was very dusty and had a bad odor.
Not a good experience first off we have to call to get picked up at the airport which took the driver about 15 minutes or so get to the car rental place and I'm talking with the agent and she tells me that I need to buy her insurance that there is something on there cars that doesn't cover with out your own I've never heard of that then she proceeded to tell me it's going to be 2495 per day for the insurance so I tell her know I will pass I will take the risk mind you it is raining the entire weekend in Los Angeles and I felt like we were slipping and sliding the next day we looked at the tires and they were so bald so I would say I had terrible service I'm just thankful nothing happened and I got my full deposit I was really worried

Loved the van. It was a brand new Dodge Grand Caravan. Perfect for our family vacation. It is a little difficult to transfer to AVR from the airport, though.
