Excellent customer service.

Swamped check in. Good effort, nice wheels, quick turn in. Other than the 1 1/2 hours checking in to get vehicle - good overall experience and solid price / value. Will be back.

The staff that was helping us at the counter during pick upwas rude. Picking up and return was very inconvenient .

The shuttle driver was very sweet. The people who checked me in and out were also friendly and down to earth. Fun to talk to all of them. The rate was great. I had a mini van. It was only me so it was too big but the price was right.

Not good. Was not informed pickup location was not at airport. Made me late for appointment that was the sole purpose of my trip.

Great price, clean and well maintained caravan. Fast airport pickup and drop off. I would definitely use again.

Went fine but annoying that they require a recent copy of your insurance, had to phone my insurance agent, wait 1/2 hour for email with a copy of insurance. Lucky it was during 1 of the 40 hours out of 168 in a week when he is available Probably my 30th rental this year, ( only time with AVR), only one which required this. Other than that. It was fine.

The place is in an older neighborhood. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and the car was like new. The price was awesome. The location on the website was wrong, but the guy said he would get it fixed. The location on the phone under local information was correct.

It was great experience except for drop off.. the drop off place was closing earlier and no one told about it. On top of it, they charged $25..

The van was clean and ready to go when we arrived. There were no issues with the van and I would use AVR again.

I would give AVR at Las Vegas airport a rating of 4 1/2 stars. Loved nice selection of minivans, which is perfect for our trip, since we transported people and golf clubs. AVR had better price and selection than many of the more popular car rental agencies. The only drawback had to walk a bit far.
