I love Adagio teas. They are reasonably priced and the website has great pictures of what you’re buying, plus a lot of data like brewing times and temperatures. The reviews by other tea drinkers are extremely useful. I also love the various fandom teas- special blends created by various tea drinkers who have much more experience than I on making a great blend. Finally, I have priced competitors, and Adagio is better priced.
Only one thing could use some improvement: the way to get answers to navigating the website as regards one’s account and rewards. FAQ and the chatbot didn’t help with a recent issue and I could not reach someone by phone or even a live chat line, so that became annoying- yes, someone replied to my email, but I’m not sure that was a living being, because it just repeated the bot chat, which was missing one very tiny but essential datum to accomplish the desired action, which I finally stumbled upon after HOURS of pursuing possible solutions (yeah, I can be extremely persistent).
