I have been buying from from adagio 2x annually for around 5-7yrs. I very sparingly give 5's for anything but in this case I feel its warranted. I love the ethics, quality and engenuity of flavors. I keep coming back, ordering for others, requesting as a gift because I find it worthy. I firmly stand by this company.

Absolutely love Adagio Teas! Not only is their customer service fantastic, but the teas are absolutely delicious and shipped quickly. As someone with food allergies I appreciate that their teas are all free of gluten, dairy and nuts. Their loyalty/points program is great and offers some solid savings if you're a frequent purchaser, and there are (typically) tons of reviews for each tea flavor which I find really helpful when shopping.

I always get exactly what I ordered. I really appreciate their transparency on ingredients and where they source their tea from. I've been a customer for years, and they've never let me down. Being able to order sample sizes of things is a cost-effective and helpful way to make sure I like something before investing in buying a full size bag.

I was given an Adagio Teas sampler pack as a gift for Christmas. It has changed my life! I love all of their flavors, of course (my favorite flavor is the pomegranate grove), but I love all of the other products they sell as well. They sell tea makers and pitchers as well as kettles and gift boxes and seasonal items. There is also a pantry section where you can buy ingredients separately so you can make your own customized tea bland flavors. The web site and app are both well organized and easy to use. They sent me a few "thank you " gifts with my order for me to sample as well. I highly recommend Adagio teas to anyone who likes tea!

Adagio is not just a place to buy tea. It's a place to educate yourself with tea information, get involved and meet some great people who have a wide variety of knowledge to share. My orders date back to 2018 and I've yet to fully begin to taste all they have to offer. Their headquarters is in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, with manufacturing taking place in both NJ and a sister facility in the UK. They encourage a CommuniTEA and feature articles on the tea farmers. Their loyalty program allows you to earn points on purchases and reviews. High quality tea at fair prices, create your own blends, low shipping and reasonable delivery. Adagio is number one. Give them a try - you will not regret it.

I love Adagio teas. They are reasonably priced and the website has great pictures of what you’re buying, plus a lot of data like brewing times and temperatures. The reviews by other tea drinkers are extremely useful. I also love the various fandom teas- special blends created by various tea drinkers who have much more experience than I on making a great blend. Finally, I have priced competitors, and Adagio is better priced. Only one thing could use some improvement: the way to get answers to navigating the website as regards one’s account and rewards. FAQ and the chatbot didn’t help with a recent issue and I could not reach someone by phone or even a live chat line, so that became annoying- yes, someone replied to my email, but I’m not sure that was a living being, because it just repeated the bot chat, which was missing one very tiny but essential datum to accomplish the desired action, which I finally stumbled upon after HOURS of pursuing possible solutions (yeah, I can be extremely persistent).

These teas are my "GO TO" teas ! I Love the variety of flavors, and the keepsake tins are decorative at my TEA station !! I've been with them for over a year now...and they never disappoint !!

The Aquarius was absolutely beautiful .. The aroma of chocolate yummy.. the taste unrivaled anywhere else

I love ordering tea from this website. It's been a treat picking out different flavors and I really like this company. They do a great job with their services. I like that you can order samples of flavors you want to try and they also throw in little surprises in your orders sometimes which is very nice. I've been ordering from them for almost a year and am hooked. I love my teas from Adagio!

I have been buying from Adagio Tea for years now. I am very happy with my experience there. They have great loose tea . Running all of the different types and flavors. Prices are good.

Wonderful varieties of teas- black, green, white and herbal with combinations that are great for the senses... smell as well as taste. I do wish there were midsize bags (8oz) rather than just 3 and 16. I bought the advent calendar to give as gifts and they were wonderfully received.

This is a great company, they are right on top of it and ready to help you at any point. We have been buying tea from the for many years and NEVER had a problem. Check them out you be very happy

Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any desire to help take care of new customers when they make a mistake. They added four samples to my order instead of the one that I selected and refused to credit me I will not return as a customer.

I made several orders and my experience was great; the teas arrived well packaged and were all of excellent quality, in fact I gladly returned to order. Even the small sample tin are full and they last quite long. The teas of the various fandoms are nice and excellent gift ideas. The only downside is that, living in Italy, I have to incur significant shipping costs and customs taxes. However, for the quality and uniqueness of the teas, which I would not find elsewhere, it is worth it.
