Adagio has great tea and they ship fast. I've never had to deal with customer service, but all of my purchase interactions with them have been flawless.

You know Adagio is good when you can't stop drinking the teas, you've tried over 100 teas in fact, you also make your own blends, and you've still got so much exploring to do! Thanks for running a great business Adagio. I'll be a customer for a long time.

Adagio teas has a great selection with the option to buy samples sizes and larger amounts of tea at a great price. After placing my order, I was given many opportunities to get free samples, which I enjoyed. I also love how people can create their own tea blends, upload artwork for packaging and make their custom creations available to the public to purchase. With Adagio, there are so many options. I will be purchasing for them again in the future.

Great teas, and fast delivery

I ordered the Advent Calendar as an introduction to a new brand of tea. I was a little disappointed at first because they were all tea bags and I am trying to reduce my waste. With that said, I have absolutely no regrets because I will simply buy the loose tea versions going forward. All of the teas were of fantastic quality and even the flavors that I personally was not fond of, I would still recommend because of the quality of the ingredients used. I have a list of all the teas that I simply MUST repurchase. One of those is the Chestnut Tea. What a fantastic cold weather tea. A cozy cup of comfort. Another is the Wuyi tea. Adagio tea has thoroughly impressed me and I can't wait for my next order to arrive!

This tea is wonderful. Strong cherry taste with a little hibiscus perfume to it. I think it's best poured over ice.

This Tea company is Special because you can make your own custom blends within the website. They have an awesome user friendly website and very nice options like live chat where you can talk to knowledgeable staff that will help answer any tea related question. Adagio has very good quality teas and good prices. They have fun games. I feel so lucky to have come across this company.

Love Adagio! I have shopped with Adagio Teas for years. They have excellent customer service and an excellent product. I have been happy with the quality of everything I have tried from Adagio. I have one of their tea pots as well and it is also good quality.

I've mentioned this elsewhere, so I may as well describe my experience here: I've been an adagio customer for over 15 years and never been disappointed with my purchase. It's got a huge selection of high-quality teas at a much better price than many competitors. It's been my favorite source for tea for ages and I just made another purchase this morning. I'm particularly fond of their range of black teas, but I've ordered from every type they have to offer (with green and oolongs being my go-to backup choices, but they even have good pu-erh tea and matcha!).

Adagio Teas is one of the best places online to order loose leaf teas! The website is fantastic and the special blends only available on certain days of the month or times of the day are wonderful. I have ordered from them several times and have yet to receive a tea that I didn't like. They seem to really care about their tea and their customers - what a wonderful company!

I love the option to make custom tea blends, and the packaging is gorgeous (the metal sample tins are so pretty and so much fun to get).
