I was devestated when Teavana closed, but I can not say enough about Adagio teas. The teas are rated correctly, specific instruction, great reviews, and amazing packaging. You can order samples to try new teas as well. The tea is fresh and beyond amazing. Highly recommend.

These are my all-time favorite tea bags, bar none. They are big enough to brew more than one cup of tea at a time, even when I am using roots and stems, as well as leaves and flowers. When I gift my friends with teas, these are the bags that I use!

I've been ordering from Adagio for years. I used to live in a city with a physical Adagio store, but now I have to order online; my orders have always been on time, just as I ordered them. I love their promotions too, they have fun things to do around Easter and Halloween that can get you free samples! I also participated in a pumpkin spice social media contest once. Great company!

The website it easy to navigate. The teas taste great and they arrived promptly. The ability to make your own tea or purchase teas made by others is a great fun.

Adagio teas has a delightful selection of teas and have made sure to include a myriad of samples in each box. Whether it was free samples provided through request (such as teachef's wild strawberry) or simply a random tea (such as white peach), Adagio has made sure to go above and beyond with their customer service. Besides, their actual tea is amazing too! Whether it's a simple staple like mint or something more complex like golden monkey, I can't recommend them enough.

I have now ordered Adagio teas twice. The tea is excellent, a wide variety to choose from & reasonably priced. My favorite is Sungma Summer, a darjeeling. Fiery Cinnamon is a fun "pick me up." And I love receiving the samples...It gives me a chance to try new types of tea. My coffee isn't nearly so interesting any more!

I love that I can create my own blends and all of the tea smells and tastes so fresh. The fact that Adagio embraces fandom and allows for the signature blends and the fandoms they can be sorted into makes my little fannish heart flutter. That's actually how I discovered Adagio. The wishlists and rewards points make it easy to try new things and invite your friends to try new things, too. I love being able to cash in some of my points to surprise a friend a sample they've been wanting to try or getting a surprise shipment from a friend doing the same for me. Additionally, I'm loving the CommuniTEA because I've been turned on to so many new flavors and blends this way! I just love the way this site is set up and while there are a few technical glitches, I'm always satisfied with the buy/sell/community experiences I've had here.

Best tea shop on the net! Been a customer since 2016, they have a wide variety of teas and products. Love the site since you have the ability to try samples before you buy large quantities. Can also try some rare, expensive, and exotic teas from all around the world and feel like royalty!

Customer service is A+, it is also very easy to earn points towards rewards. You also get a free sample prompt with every order that you place. On top of that there are a few beneficial options available to get your friends to try as well!
