I was a customer of Adagio for 12+ yrs. I spent over $1000 over those 12 yrs. I've purchased many teas and teaware. I have never been disappointed. I have always received what I order, quickly and it has always been of the highest quality. I read the description of the toasTEA and because of the reputation they built with me, I ordered it assuming it would again, exceed my expectations. It fell FAR short of meeting my expectations. I struggle to see how it could meet anyone's expectations unless you prefer to eat tea leaves and burn your lips as you drink your tea. I asked for a return via the website and it was stated that I would receive back the purchase price of the product but I would be responsible for shipping (I was offered to print a return label from their site for $6.99). If it were my mistake - I ordered the wrong color , I didn't like the box, whatever - I understand. But when a product does not perform as advertised, I expect the company to make it right at no cost to me. After half-a-dozen email exchanges with customer service, they refused to credit me for shipping; even knowing my purchase history and that it was my first return for anything in 12 yrs. Small company or big company, that's inexcusable in my opinion. It felt very much like when you go to make a claim on your insurance and the insurance company fights you tooth and nail to NOT do the right thing - but with a smile and plenty of "I'm sorry" and "I understand". I'm afraid they don't understand.

Excellent company. High quality teas, excellent blends. Particularly like that the company encourages and promotes/sells customer tea blends. How creative and interactive with customers. Very high quality customer service and shipping is fast. Have been a devoted customer for years.

I was excited and over-bought a wide variety of samples to taste. When the package arrived, everything was so good, my whole family started joining me in tastings. Now, we have family time around the kettle, and it seems I will need to buy more tea!

I've had some good teas from Adagio, but many of their teas have really awful fake tasting "flavors" added that ruin the tea. The biggest problem, though, is that I've received batches of teas that have been great in the past and are now truly horrible, clearly a problem with the processing somewhere along the line, and the company is completely unhelpful. No offers to make things right. I can't order from a company whose tea is good one time and totally unpalatable the next and doesn't offer to fix it.

This place is so amazing. The amount of teas they make is impressive. We love their fandom teas.

I really love the great selection of teas. It would be hard not to find a favorite or two. Monthly Communitea samples are fun, and a great way to explore new teas.

I've been buying tea from Adagio Teas for years. The teas have all been delicious! Shipping is usually very prompt, as well. My favorite teas are white peach and Reindeer Fuel, but I haven't found a tea I don't like.

I typically order a new stock of this tea every month. It's so DELISH!!

I love this tea company. After visiting a tea shop where the possibilities of flavors beyond Bigalow blew my mind, I started tea hunting online to avoid overpriced specialty stores while elevating my palette. Adagio has a wide variety of excellent teas with ratings and reviews from other customers. Their deliveries have always been timely and reliable. Their sample packets are a fantastic way to test numerous teas and expand your tea preferences. I'm a sucker for promotions and gifts, and Adagio has numerous ways of keeping my interest and loyalty. Be still my heart, you can even make your own tea blends! I use this company for birthday and Christmas gifts often creating 'fan blends' to personalize these gifts. Dragon Age, Torchwood, and Star Trek fan teas have made their way into stockings, and creating teas for characters is a great creative exercise and a thoughtful expression of shared community.

I have used Adagio Teas exclusively for all of my tea needs for several years. The quality of their teas is superior. Customer service experience has been great and their prices are competitive. I especially like their reward programs and Communi-Tea.

I love adagio tea! They have great blends, and I also love all the Fandom Blends! The little tins are fantastic!
