Unexpected Call… Great Result
The call initially came out of the Blue late evening as I was looking at and comparing the quote with my existing cover. The agent was able to put me at my ease by providing evidence of his authenticity. He outlined in a little more detail the main benefits and answered my questions making sure I understood

Disappointed with highest cover.
Disappointed with highest cover. Plumber came out same day which was promising to mend the toilet which didn’t flush correctly, wasn’t fixed as surprisingly the cistern wasn’t covered. Received a call the following day asking me to remove the cistern and the Plummer would come back to fix it (my god this is a recorded conversation!) I asked so your telling me, an unskilled person in plumbing to remove it and the response was YES.

Was checking the home emergency cover and got a call from 247 Home Rescue whilst on their website. I found the prices and cover very competitive and the sales assistant reduced the price even further for me to clince the deal. Overall a good service and happy with the price. Thank you.
