Be very careful with this company, wanted to check when my MOT was due, somehow managed to get onto this site. I now find that they are taking Β£7.95 a month out of my account. This is definitely scam country.

If I could give them ZERO stars - I would! I'm another deceived person to add to the queue of people here. We clicked on what we thought was a link to tax a car and then got this sh*t! Very deceitful way of marketing themselves as a government website for car tax. Got charged Β£7.95 for some BS subscription. They would not budge and stated their system is very clearly....very clearly meant to deceive more like! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Excellent and Intuitive Website
This is the 1st time I've used your website to tax my vehicle and I've found it very straightforward and easy to navigate and use. Intuitive really. Congratulations. It beats some other Govt websites that are completely nonsensical and virtually impossible to be sure that one is actually answering the questions properly. This is coming from a retired HMC&E System Development Surveyor + who has spent far too long trying to make sense of the 'business requirement' to ensure that the system didn't process tripe (in your case, this would be the highway code!!!!!!!!)

"INVALID E-MAIL"β¦
Came up with a "INVALID E-MAIL" message. My e-mail was correct but I re-entered it twice and still would not accept it. Finally I had to exit the site and start afresh. Also, no where to choose whether to pay for 6 months or 12.

As others have said this is a scam, I didnt realise this when trying to pay my road tax. They will take unothorised payments from your credit card if they have your details.

Complete Scam! Avoid.
Complete scam! Avoid at all costs. They pretend to be the official DVLA site. I was only trying to get a new road tax for my car and I thought I was on the official DVLA site, however, I was on this SCAM site unknowingly. Paid 50p followed by Β£7.95. When I checked my bank account this payment came under subscriptions. I didnβt recognise it and instantly blocked it. Now I need to cancel this.
