I placed a subscription order and it is being sent to the wrong address. I have emailed the company immediately after I noticed the error and they still continued sending it to the wrong address. I have emailed them again since, asking to amend the shipping address or to issue a refund. I have zero response. My order number is : WN#1126878 Can you offer any help? Can you please explain why shipping cannot be amended given the fact that it's not same day delivery, it's 3-4 business days? That should be long enough to contact a courier surely. I have explained that due to mobility issues I am unable to retrieve the order from the address.

Monthly order arrives later each month so I have to go without for the days in between.

I was taking pregnancy ultra max care and constantly felt unwell, switched to this product as a pre natal and instantly feeling much better!!

I would like to thank customer service for the help regarding lost parcel. They were fast in dealing with the issue and find me a solution so I could get my vitamin delivered the very next day. And still enjoying taking my vitamins

I was really happy with my monthly subscription, but this month I never received the products I paid for. I contacted customer service but there is no automated response/ticket system and I’ve not heard anything back yet. I have re-ordered the products now which means I have paid double for the products this month, really unhappy with the customer service here which is a shame as I liked the product

CON ARTISTS - THEY TAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT SAYING YOU AGREED TO A SUBSCRIPTION WHEN YOU DEFINITELY HAVEN'T. BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. PRODUCT SEEMS OK, WELL THE PACKAGING DOES BUT NO-ONE WANTS TO BE CONNED. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS THERE IS NO PROOF I AGREED TO ANY SUBSCRIPTION!!

Top quality products. I had been trying different brands of turmeric over the years to help with inflammation in my finger joints but they made no difference. A friend suggested I try Wild Nutrition TurmaForte Turmeric which I did, and after a couple of weeks I started to notice a positive difference. Inflammation now all gone! I've also recently started taking the Collagen powder and notice that my skin is looking far less 'crepe-like'. I'm very pleased with the results.

I had an issue with delivery, contacted the company and Lizzie got back to me within 30 minutes and remedied the problem for me. since it is Friday here, I didn't think I would hear back till next week, so I was very pleasantry surprised to hear back that fast

Fantastic free consultation, Shazia was extremely knowledgeable and gave fantastic advice. Based on her advise I have purchased her recommendations and I am looking forward to seeing the benefits. Customer service at Wild Nutrition is spot on, can't fault them, would highly recommend.

Firstly, been taking the men's general multivitamin and also the omega 3 supplements. I've not been ill since taking them and feeling pretty great. I have a subscription and an order also went missing in the post, I contacted customer support and they resolved the issue immediately, sending out another order that was promptly received. Top notch stuff.
