Ordered Collagen 500, which arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the inner seal on jar was unattached, I emailed re this, receiving a prompt response, and a replacement was sent more or less immediately arriving today

Magnesium and B12 have made a super difference to my sleep and health. Customer service have been really prompt and proactive on the two occasions when there has been an issue with orders.
My repeat subscription did not arrive. I was told on chat the policy was up to 10 days delivery. On website it says 2-3 days delivery. Customer service blamed it all on Royal Mail policy but that is not what is on wild nutrition website.
