Very quick response and took my concerns seriously.
I had recent cause to complain about a missing package and some of the subsequent communication. When the review was picked up, I was contacted by Wild Nutrition, who sent me a replacement as well as a complementary extra. Communication was really swift, and while the initial niggle didn’t impress, they very much righted it. Additionally, the products I subscribe to are very high quality; I can feel the difference they’re making, and unlike cheap supplements, there are no feelings of nausea from taking them. It’s an expensive investment to make but one I believe is worthwhile. I’m very happy to have them in my armoury as I navigate my mid-life health changes and challenges.

Great customer service
The dispatch of this product has been consistently poor. As a subscription service, timely delivery is crucial, yet twice now the product has failed to arrive on time, leaving us without it. The first time, they blamed a bank holiday—because apparently, those appear out of thin air with no prior warning. The second time, they pointed the finger at the post office—perhaps watching too much ITV for inspiration. When challenged, customer service was dismissive, relying on scripted responses and showing no real interest in a clear, cost-free solution presented to them. Their lack of care and unwillingness to improve makes this service unreliable. If you want the product, save yourself the frustration and buy it directly from Holland & Barrett—whatever you do, don't subscribe.
I had a nutrition consultation which was excellent very on point advice which made so much sense. When my vitamins arrived in a damaged parcel it was dealt with so swiftly is was impressive, a supportive email and replacement. I have done so many deep dives into other supplement brands and Wild comes up trumps for me.
Love the supplements and the customer service is 10/10 :)

What a little gem find. I had been researching, what felt like days, on the best fertility vitamins and children's vitamins and can honestly say the customer service so far has been second to none, no query or concern seems to big or small. They have been very helpful and supportive. My package arrived in the loveliest little box and all packed to a high standard. Products are fantastic quality, I have been taking the pregnancy multi & omega 3 throughout my pregnancy and now postpartum. I felt an amazing difference to previous vitamins I was using- more balanced & energy levels up. On top of this the customer service has been fantastic, timely response and so helpful! I have requested the 15 minute free consultation via their website whilst having an appointment on that specific day and deciding to cancel my appointment as I did not want to miss this. I received no call at all even after having emailing them hours later giving them the benefit of the doubt informing them of no contact - again no reply. What's also strange is that they continue to update you about the appointment via email and text - is this all a scam? Was 'Helen' ever going to call?
Although the product is hard to review after a month’s use, I can review the subscription method, which in my case failed to deliver the product in time to fill empty jars. The whole premise behind a monthly follow up service is to avoid exactly that issue. Although customer service assured me of it being in transit two days ago it still has not arrived. Making the paid for product 10 days in transit and 4 days of not taking the supplements. In my eyes that renders the usefulness of a subscription ‘not worth it’. They appear to use Royal Mail and can therefore blame them, bur I think if you offer a refill service it needs to do exactly that and use a delivery company that does deliver on time ; Not impossible yet seemingly so.
Unfortunately the bottle was broken on delivery, I reached out to ask if a replacement bottle could be sent? I had a very prompt reply from Lizzie, who was polite and professional. She very kindly arranged for a replacement jar of supplement to be sent to me. Great service .
