Scammers!!!! They sent a ‘subscription’ order to me which I did not subscribe to and when I asked to return it, they said they do not accept returns, they will not respond to emails either. Scammers do not trust
I had a nutrition consultant call with Helen and she was super helpful from start to finish. She really listened to what my challenges and goals were and asked relevant questions to make a recommendation. She also explained all about Wild Nutrition, and what makes it different to other brands out there which was so interesting!
After finding out I’m pregnant, I got in touch with wild nutrition to exchange my supplements and they were kind and warm. They changed my supplements and had them shipped to me on an express delivery.
Great product , fast delivery and very efficient customer service.
I’ve used the subscription service for four different supplements for over a year and generally find the service to be good and each delivery comes fairly quickly. The only thing that frustrates me is that there clearly isn’t the right number in each packet. The ones I take once a day often run out at different times despite starting on the same day and the ones where you take multiple a day often have an odd number left at the end of each packet. I haven’t gone as far as counting them and not sure if it’s just poor quality control but it’s a let down for the price.
The products are great and the customer care is excellent.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! This company has great advertisement but terrible customer service and follow through of delivering their “quality products”. My husband paid for a prenatal set of pills for me to start. He paid for express shipping (2-3 days). It has been 20 days… the reason? Oh it’s not our problem is the shippers fault. We have to now do Wild Nutrition’s job of following up with the shipping provider THEY CHOSE, to attempt to get our order. Now the shipping provider is sending the package back to wild nutrition and they still refuse to help us? So we have no supplements, no returned funds, and a serious headache. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! This feels like a scam

I have found Wild Nutrition supplements very good and don’t upset my IBS or Hiatus Hernia, which is generally a problem. They are very easy to use, are very reasonable and have very good offers and have excellent customer service

I love Wild Nutrition - their supplements are truly health changing and the information and support they provide are excellent. I had a query a few days ago and Emma responded and sorted it out for me within hours. Very highly recommend.
I explained to Wild Nutrition that I love your vitamins but that I cannot afford the $13 delivery/shipping fee. I was hopeful that the Wild Nutrition customer service agent would suggest a solution -- one that works for their customers (me!) and for them. No solution was suggested at all. Very disappointing indeed!! This elementary teacher should be able to afford vitamins that help to keep me healthy throughout the school year.

Wild nutrition is a brilliant product my broken sleep is no more since taking the magnesium and by putting in a further order in but „wrong“ I couldn’t appreciate zarrina at custom care more as she was so swift in replying and sorting out my issue.
