Poor customer service,poor quality…

Poor customer service, poor quality supplements,& too expensive,Food Grown supplements are just a big con, there's no scientific proof that they work any better than what you can buy in the shops. They also contain a lot of unessasary things in their multivitamins which you don't need, such as herbs and botanicals. Save your money don't buy these, waste of money!

Bad customer service

Have been taking my supplements for 1 month now and have not seen an improvement in any aspect of my wellbeing but I know they can take a few months to see results. However Im very disappointed because I signed up to the subscription service where they send refills once a month, and it seems this service does not work as I run out, but have yet to receive any refills. This is despite them charging my bank account 1 week ago, and saying they have received my order. They have not communicated any shipping delays either. So now I'm down almost £50 with no supplements which is daylight robbery. I will have to buy another brand as I have been without any supplements for a few days now, which is a shame as I will have to spend even more money. I also dont see how I will get maximum results if I am left without supplements for a week, which is sad considering I already cannot feel any difference within myself. For example I have been taking magnesium which most people see quick results with, however my sleep has not improved at all and I still wake up at 3am every night. I emailed them yesterday but have yet to receive a reply today. Although I understand it may take a few days to respond to most queries surely this is considered urgent, but apparently not. Terrible customer service. It's a shame as the pre consultation was a good experience, the lady who helped me was lovely and there to answer any question which I really appreciate. Although I felt they tried to sell me more than I think is nessecary. Lastly I have tried to look into their claim that food grown nutrients are more bioavailable, but when I try to read their resources listed, as a scientist, I still cannot see concrete evidence of batch testing and quality of individual products made. Other brands are happy to share their product testing data. I therefore worry that there is not enough research for food grown sources for supplements being the best. I would not recommend. I will have to go back to my trusted Viridian for now which made me feel amazing within myself and they are also cheaper.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company, they have no interest in the feedback of side effects of their products. I was asked by a cardiologist to stop taking Ashwagandha as I experienced heart palpitations and irregularities which saw me end up in A&E and wearing a heart monitor for two weeks. They said no returns on their website sales and directed me to a retailer for one of the purchases. No concern for me and my reaction to their product. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, rude, non interested. Shame as I have spent of £300 on their products

Purchased the teen girl trio for my daughter. Quality products that make a difference. Easy to take - not the huge celated tablets like other manufacturers. Fast delivery. Have used the customer service (as wasn't easy to understand that you can not use their subscription service on the trio item, but have to order the 3 products separately to get the 20% off) & had quick response. Appreciate these are more expensive vitamins than high street brands but in our household it's worth every penny. We have a fairly balanced, happy teenager who is managing her emotions so much better! Thank you Wild Nutrition!

Really feel a difference in taking these vitamins. I started with omega 3 and vitamin d and have now added the women’s multi and probiotic. Will keep monitoring but definitely rate them.

I’m not really sure what the bad reviews are about on here.. I have started taking the food based magnesium for my sleep, and have noticed so much difference in my quality of sleep. People on here are comparing the supplement prices to Holland and barrett and similar, however Holland and Barrett are synthetic supplements which is different to food derived. Get ya facts right people! I like this company.

I bought some pregnancy and breastfeeding vitamins from Wild last week and had a slight issue with the seal being broken on one of the bottles. I rang about the problem and got straight through to customer service. A women called Annalee apologised for the mishap and immediately sent a replacement. It arrived next day. And over the Christmas period and all? I'm honestly confused by all the bad reviews on here. Never had such good customer service. I understand he products are a tad expensive but in my experience you get what you pay for.

Design fault in user experience

I like the products, but I wouldn't buy directly from them as retailers often sell them cheaper than direct sales. Refills are still more expensive than Holland & Barrette's 3 for 2 deals of full bottles. Also WN only offer refills on subscriptions - and there is no option to only buy refills, so the sale model does not apply to those who bought the first bottle from retailers.

Gap between trial and paid subscription

I ordered the 10-day trial pack and still had to pay £3.95 for delivery of the 20 tablets. My tablets run out on 11th of December, but Wild Nutrition scheduled my paid subscription for 13th of December meaning that most likely my tablets would only be delivered on 15th of December leaving me for 4 nights without magnesium supply despite I was willing to subscribe. I had no choice, but to cancel my subscription.

Terrible customer service for a previously loyal customer. Current subscribers are short changed when it comes to their Black Friday promotions which they don't apply to existing customers. Even after they were contacted, they didn't offer to retrospectively change and offer a discount. If new customers can get 50% off for a 3 month period, why is that not applied to someone who has been loyally ordering for over a year. Its worth noting that the subscription will also be cheaper for the company because the glass bottles aren't included. I love their products but this isn't the first time I've fallen short of their awful awful customer service. I'm really disappointed and won't reorder from them again. Shame on Wild Nutrition. Their lack of providing a response on their Trustpilot profile speaks volumes.

Rubbish customer service

Rubbish customer service; they do not reply and when I asked a question my message was deleted; I am not happy at all; this is the way they treat their subscribers.

21% NRV magnesium

Ordered the magnesium and only upon receipt did I discover that the 2 recommended capsules a day only contain 21% NRV, you can get far cheaper supplements with 100% NRV at boots/superdrug/Holland and Barrett. Unsubscribed.

nefarious techniques to keep us paying

I find it really infuriating that I did not need to create an account to get a subscription (which I didn’t even realise I had signed up to). But then I needed to create an account to cancel it. And the UX is designed to make cancellation confusing and not obvious. We deserve better than this.

Happy with company and product

I’ve had trouble sleeping since being diagnosed with thyroid cancer, thing’s constantly play on your mind and I was finding I was waking mealy every morning around 2am I started taking the magnesium and found they worked very quickly, it’s difficult to say if I’ve got more energy as I have hypothyroidism and have recently had a medication increase however I am certainly sleep better since starting these. Get an email to say the next subscription date is coming up and so far has been delivered on time, very pleased so far.

Depressives take with caution…

I succumbed to targeted advertising to find something that would help with pre-Menstrual symptoms and found myself at Wild Nutrition. Let’s start with the positives because it’s not all bad- quick delivery, packaging was good and the glass bottles are a great touch. However, I bought their “premenstrual support” supplement and had been taking it for about 3 weeks before it quite firmly sent me into one of the worst depressive episodes I’ve had in years. A few days after I stopped taking them my mood instantly began to change. The website says “backed by science”, but doesn’t offer any studies to support what it’s selling that I could find. and I would advise others to tread carefully and do lots and lots of research first! I have learned my lesson and will go to an actual endocrinologist who is specialised in HORMONES to discuss and find out what I may need, rather than blindly following a company selling products you can buy cheaper elsewhere (or just change your diet). For everything else, there’s the penny sale and Holland & Barrett.

Poor customer fulfilment

For two months in a row Wild Nutrition has been quick to take the money out of my account as a monthly subscriber of a number of products but because one of the items was out of stock, none of the other items were delivered. I had to chase up the order both times and expect to have to do it in the future again if I decide to continue subscribing. The email communication from them is polite but very slow and there was no answer after waiting an hour on the phone. Really poor customer fulfilment. I would advise shopping elsewhere.

Returned the products in february and only now was contacted to explain reason for return (1.5 months later!). There was email communication prior to return. Like some other reviewers said below, cistomer service lags and company def not on top of their game. Take your money elsewhere! Website has issues.. only way to unsubscribe was through emailing which included a bit of email ping ponging

Terrible service and query if product is of quality?

I’ve subscribed to 2 products and bought a book. The book never arrived. I’ve contacted them 3 times, and were promissed to get a refund which was never made. In addition, I’ve asked to pause my subscription for 1 month and it seems that my account was deleted instead. Their processes and management is clearly ineffective, which makes me think how much quality is really brought into their products. Maybe they should be inspected or something like this.

Frustrating

The order fulfilment process isn’t cohesive. One item on my order went out of stock just as I placed the order, delaying fulfilment by 3 weeks, then no sooner had that come back into stock, than the other item went out of stock, precipitating a further 2 week delay as they hadn’t reserved one of the latter for my order. And zero communication about it unless you email to enquire. Too frustrating. I gave up in the end. Customer service response to my emails was prompt and polite and order was refunded immediately upon request. However, to add insult to injury, I’ve just noticed that the refund was £5 less than I paid, presumably due to exchange rate discrepancies. So all in all precious time spent and £5 poorer, for nothing.
