Very helpful and quick response

This company is normally very good and I have never had any issues before, but unfortunately my last order was incorrect and it looks as though it was a packing order as the box was correct but the sachets of supplements inside were in correct. I have reached out to them with photos to get some help and did try and phone but it went to answer message so it’s a bit hard to speak to someone regarding any errors quickly.

This company offers high quality products and service which I have been happy with over the years. I firstly booked a free consultation session with one of their nutritionists with whom I went over my concerns and questions. The nutritionist made recommendations and subsequently sent me the list of supplements, from which I chose what I wanted to try first. I kept the list on file and gradually added or changed the combination or quantity of supplements depending how I felt. No pressure sales to put me on subscription. I simply choose what I wanted to subscribe or order every now and then. It is very easy to manage subscriptions on their website (change the dates, pause etc) and I find it most customer friendly. I am very surprised to see some very negative reviews here.

Easy digestible, quality, multi vits, I have been taking the Daily Multi Nutrient 45+ and have this on subscription. I like that the subscription refills come in a pack to save on glass bottles. I’m surprised at the negative reviews, the website seems straight forward and you can choose between a one off purchase or subscription.

Having a great experience and customer service. Don’t understand people complaining about being subscribed without knowing as it’s very clear upon purchase that you are entering a subscription. You can also choose a One Time Purchase. All very clear and no hidden agenda. I have also had to suspend my subscription for a couple of months due to personal circumstances and could do so without any issues. I feel it’s user error with most of the negative reviewers…

Amazing products all together. I enjoy taking multi + vitamin C and never experienced any side effects compared to other highly established brands. There are some misguided negative comments out just out of anger or something. Also why rate a company negative twice with 6 months delay? One would expect if you have a bad experience, you would stay away.

l ordered Turmeric and Magnesium and like others have said was auto matically signed up for a subscription..which l cancelled and that wasn't easy at all. l also ordered something else which l have forgotten what it was, returned the item and have not had a refund. And can't be bothered to chase it up as contacting the company is a faff and l think its very overpriced and no better than anything bought at Holland and Barrett going to Boots, Tesco etc where you can browse, talk to a pharmecist and not get roped into a subscription that just gets cancelled.

Brilliant supplements ! Have been using them for 2 months now and I am genuinely noticing the difference. Love the refill bottles.

As other reviews have mentioned, be aware of getting conned into starting a subscription then getting charged earlier than they report leaving you unable to cancel or refund. Another subscription con company.

Great vitamins and excellent customer service. Got to speak to someone before ordering to fully understand the product. Love the subscription option and it's super easy to cancel if no longer needed. Also love that all ingredients are natural and they are not over stuffed with unnecessary fillers. So much healthier than the high street brands!

Such a faff! I don’t know if they sell supplies or actually glass bottles but the insistence on selling more bottles than anyone ever needs is really weird. That tells you they are not interested in the supplements, just the business. Their pricing model is so poor and stressful you feel conned. Delivery takes a long time which is fine but then umm… you are a subscription model? Shouldn’t you know when the previous lot has run out? Quite poorly organised.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! We have a dog who is fighting for its life because they delivered tablets we were unaware that were being delivered. NO TRACKING THE PACKAGING DELIVERED IS WEEK CHEAP MATERIAL! People need to realise they deliver an obscene amount of cheap tablets through your door without no secure packaging. Thank god it wasn’t our child that got hold of them!!!

Be very wary of this company. I don’t know how they do it but they sign you up to subscriptions which are very difficult to cancel. And of course are almost impossible to contact ax they do not respond to emails.

The website made it very difficult to terminate my subscription stating that I had no active subscriptions to manage. To my surprise £65 worth of supplements arrived at my door after I missed the email saying they would be arriving - easily done as a busy, working mother of two! Instead of a refund I’ve been issued a voucher to use on future supplements which is not at all what I wanted as I was trying to terminate my subscription in the first place and returned items sealed paying for the postage myself… Please be aware before you sign up to a subscription.

Was recommended to try fertility support from a family member, unfortunately my acne got so much worse whilst using them. Customer service was great, was able to return the ones that had just been sent on subscription for refund.

Fantastic vitamins and supplements. Our families health has improved since taking them. Our 15yr old son’s school attendance has significantly improved since taking teen boy supplement. The fish oils and general health supplements are brilliant and help with chronic fatigue. The probiotic powder and supplements are good too and noticeably boost the immune system. Excellent packaging and speedy delivery. Really happy to have discovered wild nutrition. Will keep using!

With a 1 year old starting nursery, I've noticed such a massive difference since taking immune support and vitamin D regularly, this stuff really works. I went from being near bed-bound every time I got ill (which was constant!) to barely noticing when I was ill. I have also recommended wild nutrition to colleagues who are blown away by how well the supplements work!

DO NOT BUY the Endo vitamins, these are dangerously harmful to you! I started taking these a week ago to help with my endometriosis and they made me so poorly. Nausea, headaches, stomach cramps, dizziness etc… the cramps got so bad I had to get an emergency appointment with the doctor, which they confirmed I have vitamin overdose/poisoning! The doctor is so concerned about the product and the dosage that they are going to be looking into this themselves and have asked me to bring in the tablets so the surgery can investigate. If I had of carried on taking these, it could have been fatal to me! I was that unwell I was unable to go to work and do basic day to day things! It is absolutely horrifying and disgusting to sell products that clearly from speaking to other people and reading reviews make you so unwell. This is dangerous and putting peoples lives at risk as well as taking advantage of people to make money, whilst risking their customers lives! A full investigation is being started into the company and their products. Do not buy, but if you do, or you are already taking, be careful!
