Very expensive, not effective

Very expensive, not effective in my experience My 2yr old won't eat the childrens multivits as recommended to take - sprinkled on food/in milk - they hate the taste, only yeast extract covered it up (which is probably a more effective multivit in itself) I also bought the breastfeeding support and feel no different. I really liked the idea of these products, plant based, backed up by research (I do wonder about the bias here though - so hard to verify!) but I'm getting back on the floradix, on which I do feel better. Also, why doesn't your breastfeeding multivit have vit D included? So I have to also buy your expensive vit D gummies? Nah. Subscription cancelled.

Painful support and subscription management

The star is for quality of the vitamins which are genuinely good. However the customer support is really short sighted. The subscription management functionality changed and reactivated an old subscription that was previously inactive. I was billed double what I was expecting in December and sent vitamins I did not want - and was actually advised by their ‘nutritionist’ that these were not suitable for me. When I asked customer service to refund me I was told I’d have to return the goods at my own cost. Interacting with their team has been painful. I’ve been a subscriber for well over a year but am now looking for alternatives as they refused to refund me for vitamins I did not want and will not take. Really poor experience that will ultimately cost this business a lot more than the £31 refund I requested for goods I did not order. Be better

Great customer service

The team gave a consultation on which products would be best to supplement after hearing my diet / lifestyle. They have been great about subscriptions despite one getting lost in the post over Christmas post chaos. Really recommend

Customer service above and beyond expectations

I was helped by Analee and I was very pleased by the service I was shocked that after having a query about a product I got offered to be sent a replacement which wasn’t what I expected I just wanted an answer to a question and I’m over the moon with the customer service I received and the prompt and fast responses I got. I’ve never really queried anything before and the way it was handled was above and beyond my expectations. Thankyou

Excellent customer service

I was advised by Katie to book a 15 minute consultation after realising that the Energy Support tablets were reacting with my thyroid medication. Nicole gave me some excellent information and advised alternative supplements. Annalee refunded 1 jar and organised for me to return unopened jars for a credit note. I really recommend booking a consultation if you are unsure what you need.

Excellent Customer Service

I was very pleased with the way Zarrina dealt with my order. . . The products arrived the very next day. She was very friendly and polite and made me feel as if nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for advice or more products. Such a lovely experience. Thank you.

Monthly subscription left me without pregnancy tablets

Signed up to monthly subscription for vitamins needed during pregnancy. First batch arrived with no issues but still awaiting second batch and I ran out of tablets over a week ago! Sent email to customer service and they were completely useless. Advised that I can change the date of future deliveries to mitigate issues. When I tried to do that I can only delay future deliveries not move the date forward. Gave up and requested a refund.

Not Recommended …

Wild Nutrition in my personal experience are extremely bad and reluctant at dealing with customer complaint issues in a fair or professional manner. Personally I have been grappling to extract a refund from Wild Nutrition for an automated repeat supplement I cancelled much to their refusal. The response is beyond belief and still Wild Nutrition continue to be obstructive and still no refund. Wild Nutrition are beyond unprofessional and their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. I will not be recommending Wild Nutrition to friends or family. Meanwhile I am out of pocket. Bad show Wild Nutrition.

Simply the best (at everything)

This is, quite simply, the most professional company I've dealt with for years. They have genuine knowledge and expertise, and care about their products deeply.
