Really love this company and their food grown vitamins. Had a call with Lucy who was v helpful explaining how the absorption worked and giving me ideas to improve my health. It wasn’t about selling stuff as she gave me plenty of ideas for dietary changes that would help alongside the supplements. Would recommend. Also the capsules are much easier to swallow than hard coated commercial ones and I feel better on them than regular supermarket supplements

Excellent customer service

I think this company has something to hide as Iv requested the heavy metals in there vitimins and they have refused, there can be only one reason for this and that is that there vitimins contain high amounts of nasty heavy metals. Others reputable vitimins brands are forthcoming and show there heavy metal testing giving peace of mind. All Wilde nutrition keep coming back with is that it’s confidential, so I asked just to be told the amounts not even see the reports they still refuse. I would be very careful using these products

The supplements really helped and the company couldn’t have been nicer. My only qualm is there were too many capsules for me. I would recommend though.😊

Company reached out and resolved issue with tablets received with broken seal

My product never arrived but this is not the reason why I have given 1 star. I contacted them at least four times via different methods and only received a reply once I DM via FB. The 1star is therefore for their lack of customer service which in this day and age is a deciding factor!

Prompt and excellent response

Couldn’t answer my questions without booking a consultation which I did but nothing available for 4 days and it was then cancelled 2 hours before it was due to take place and rescheduled for a further 2 days away. So 6 days pass and I eventually speak to someone who told me they’d send me my recommendations from our chat by email which took FIVE MORE DAYS!! Definitely a flawed system not too impressed so far.

Fantastic customer service. The lady on livechat had to refer my question to which I received a reply by email next day. Really helpful and quick response. I switched to wild nutrition from pregnacare, as I’m sure that brand is just full of synthetic chemicals so wanted something more natural. Currently using the breastfeeding support, but switched to new mum multi vitamins as wanted some vitamin d supplement. Really love the variety of natural supplements. Let’s see how I get on but so far no complaints

Emma is fantastic, totally understood my problem and acted immediately, she is so friendly and warm. Will definitely use Wild Nutrition again.
