I never received the tablets. I then got a notification via Shopify that they had been returned to Sender so I contacted Wild Nutrition showing evidence of this and asked for a refund. They have not replied and no money has been returned to me.

Easy ordering, quick delivery and AMAZING customer services. Kept me informed, fixed things that weren’t their fault and more than exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend!

I have been taking the pregnancy supplement for a few months now. I feel like they are keeping me topped up with what I need for baby and I’ve been happy. However, it’s been a bank holiday and I have now ran out of vitamins and my next batch has not arrived yet. I rang and spoke to very nice person who told me it’s been caught up in Royal Mail over the bank holidays. Surely being a subscription service you should amend your postage dates to accommodate this. The supplements were dispatched on the Thursday knowing full well it won’t be dealt with until Tuesday of the following week. It was then confirmed it was only dealt with on Wednesday so not even priority post bank holiday! Very poor management and now I have been left without my vitamins to take and as a pregnant person this is VERY important. I’m disappointed, I will see how the next delivery goes but I feel like looking elsewhere because my baby and I need our regular vitamins.

I had issues with changing my address after I moved and my delivery was made to my old address. Although that was frustrating, I gave feedback to the customer service rep, and she was very empathetic and receptive. She even sent me a new pack directly. Generally, I love the Wild Nutrition supplements and the experience has been thus far, and even though I had this frustration, they helped solve it immediately.

I’ve been taking Wild Nutrition supplements for a month now, and while it’s still early to notice major changes, I’m genuinely impressed so far because I’ve not experienced any side effects at all, something I always struggled with when taking other supplements. It’s such a relief to finally find a brand that feels gentle on my system. On top of that, their customer service has been absolutely amazing! They’re responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. A great experience all round!

Had an issue with the dosage which has been addressed now. Find the product easy to consume - hardly know it’s in my morning brew. The packaging is sustainable. It’s too early to know if it having any good effects as have only used it for 3 weeks but looking forward to seeing.

I starting taking collagen 500 for skincare, I’m 66 and my daughter recommended this product. I have osteo arthritis in my top finger joints deforming the joints with large bony lumps which when in the active stage are incredibly painful. I started using the collagen 2 months ago and about 2 weeks ago I realised the awful burning pain I had (in one finger joint which is active at present) was less. Now incredibly I can touch the joint and the awful burning pain just is t there any more; I can also bend the finger with no pain. I am taking no other suppleMent other than my usual glucosamine, turmeric etc ( which never had a result like this!) really if this carries on then it is amazing, I can’t believe literally if it is due to the collagen 500 but it must be! I can also bend all the fingers of my right hand now with no pain - unbelievable! Hope it carries on working.

Outstanding custome service and great products

I was genuinely interested in subscribing to Wild Nutrition and had already selected a bundle for my family. However, after reaching out to request a Certificate of Analysis (COA) or any form of independently verified testing documentation - even with supplier details redacted - I was repeatedly told by Thalia that this information could not be shared due to "confidentiality." This is despite the company’s own claims that each batch is tested by third-party labs for purity and safety, with results reviewed by their internal "Technical Team" - which, if anything, only raised further concerns about transparency. What exactly is this Technical Team doing to verify purity, if customers are not allowed to see any test results? To use an analogy: it’s like a medical professional insisting they’re fully qualified, but refusing to show their credentials. No matter how sincere their reassurance, when it comes to something as important as health, it's completely reasonable to expect a degree of independent verification - especially when the company claims this documentation exists. What I find particularly disappointing is that this kind of openness - sharing COAs or third-party lab reports (even partially redacted) - is becoming standard practice across much of the supplement industry. For a company positioning itself as premium, ethical, and science-led, this lack of transparency is a red flag. Additionally, it’s simply not plausible that every batch is independently tested by third-party labs - especially for ingredients like Ashwagandha KSM-66, which is produced by the Baldwa Group (Ixoreal Biomed), a large-scale supplier that doesn’t publish third-party lab results for each batch either. This further calls into question the accuracy of Wild Nutrition’s claims around batch-specific testing. I sincerely hope Wild Nutrition reconsiders its approach and begins offering accessible, independently verified documentation to customers. It would go a long way in building the kind of trust that consumers deserve when making a meaningful investment in their health. ---- UPDATE 11.04.2025 ---- Hello The Wild Team, Thank you for the response. You keep claiming third-party testing for each batch - in that case, it should be easy to share a redacted Certificate of Analysis. For accuracy: a Certificate of Conformance is not the same as a Certificate of Analysis. A CoC confirms what should be true. A CoA shows what was actually tested in the lab. Transparency builds trust. This still feels like a gap. – Jules
