Exemplary Customer Service and Quality Company

I have been looking to purchase a classic elegant timepiece for a little while and during my search and due diligence i found the Watches of Mayfair business. After reviewing my options and consulting reviews of the business i duly placed an order for a Longines Elegant 41mm dia watch. I placed an order with Watches of Mayfair on Tuesday 17th June. The order was acknowledged very quickly via email and communications from Matthew at Watches of Mayfair. Further communications were received from Matthew over the next couple of days and on Friday 20th in the afternoon i took delivery of my new timepiece. I was very pleasantly astounded by the speed of delivery from Watches of Mayfair. The quality of the Longines Watch has exceeded my expectations and i look forward to wearing over the coming years. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Watches of Mayfair to anyone, their professional approach and customer service is exemplary. Anyone considering buying a luxury timepiece will not be disappointed entrusting Matthew and his team to supply you with your special timepiece.

Excellent service

Although all the communication with WOM was via WhatsApp,Matthew kept me informed every step of the way. Timepiece was sized for me prior to delivery. I requested a specific date for delivery and Matthew and their courier did not disappoint. On the whole a great experience and would not hesitate in recommending Watches of Mayfair and Matthew.

A totally professional approach

A totally professional approach. Communication was excellent throughout and what I really appreciated is that Matt always followed through on everything he'd written or said, without delay. When I wanted to collect the watch from him personally he ensured that was possible. When I was too excited by the product and lacked the confidence to wear it home on public transport he arranged tracked delivery to my house the next day! It duly arrived in the morning beautifully packaged. For 25 years I've relied on a local jeweller [and friend] for all high end purchases and this experience equalled that high standard in every way. I would happily recommend Watches of Mayfair.

Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional

I ordered a Grand Seiko at about 80% RRP. I knew I had to wait a few weeks, which was fine. My watch arrived within a few weeks and communication throughout was good. It was well-packaged, and came complete with dealer stamp, box, papers etc. I will be buying from Watches of Mayfair again.

PERFECT!

If you look for a perfect opportunity to buy a luxury watch, don't look any further than Watches of Mayfair! Super friendly, prompt communication, attractive pricing, full payment not before the watch arrived in London and can be shipped, instant shipping after full payment, perfect, genuine piece with all papers and so on (Glashütte Original Perpetual Calendar)! Really great! Highly recommended.

Faultless

I’ve been meaning to make this review for a while but have been busy so apologies to Matthew Brown. I purchased my omega aqua terra terracotta dial on November 4th 2024. In the weeks prior to that I was in email contact with Matthew was very helpful and informative, and didn’t shy away from using the phone to contact me as well. I elected to pick up the watch from the store in London and as per policy I had to pay a deposit to secure the watch. The deposit link was sent via email and I had no technical issues at all, and Matthew confirmed to me via email that the deposit went through successfully. On the day of pick up Matthew was a delight to deal with and was very honest and clear with the offering, and discussed about other watches they had available. He presented me with the watch and was exactly as described and was immaculate. He re-sized it for me in the store which was also convenient. Initially I was weary as I had not used a store like this to purchase watches but the experience was faultless. Matthew was a DELIGHT to deal with and the customer service was brilliant. I have had the watch for just over 6 months and have had no issues, the watch is incredibly accurate and gets a lot of attention. Thank you Matthew for helping me source my birthday gift.

Beautiful watches and a great experience.

I'd been browsing the Watches of Mayfair website for a while, half researching my next timepiece and half just looking at the impressive range of brands and pieces. Having decided on a Grand Seiko for the next addition to my collection, I contacted Watches of Mayfair indicating the watches that I was interested in. Matt contacted me shortly after, informing me which pieces he had in stock at the London boutique and invited me to visit the boutique and view the watches. A week later I found myself in the Watches of Mayfair London boutique, while Matt brought me myriad Grand Seiko pieces to compare and try on. He must have spent a couple of hours with me as we chatted about the watches in front of us and watchmaking in general. When I finally made a decision - the Grand Seiko White Birch Hi-Beat really must be seen to be truly appreciated - he fitted the watch to me, removing links and half-links until I was happy with the fit. He even removed a link from the Rolex Submariner I was wearing, which was a bit loose on my wrist. For me, the experience of buying a piece from Watches of Mayfair was exemplary - the watches were presented beautifully, Matt's knowledge of the pieces was impressive, and then there's the compelling pricing. I will definitely be buying from Watches of Mayfair again, and would recommend them to anyone considering a new luxury watch.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from Watches of Mayfair. After some initial email correspondence with Matthew to help narrow down my watch choice, with some helpful suggestions from him of other watches to consider. I order a Tag Heuer at a very competitive price. Went into the boutique to pick up the watch once it had arrived so that it could be sized correctly. Would highly recommend Watches of Mayfair and would certainly use again for another watch purchase.
