Exemplary Customer Service and Quality Company

I have been looking to purchase a classic elegant timepiece for a little while and during my search and due diligence i found the Watches of Mayfair business. After reviewing my options and consulting reviews of the business i duly placed an order for a Longines Elegant 41mm dia watch. I placed an order with Watches of Mayfair on Tuesday 17th June. The order was acknowledged very quickly via email and communications from Matthew at Watches of Mayfair. Further communications were received from Matthew over the next couple of days and on Friday 20th in the afternoon i took delivery of my new timepiece. I was very pleasantly astounded by the speed of delivery from Watches of Mayfair. The quality of the Longines Watch has exceeded my expectations and i look forward to wearing over the coming years. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Watches of Mayfair to anyone, their professional approach and customer service is exemplary. Anyone considering buying a luxury timepiece will not be disappointed entrusting Matthew and his team to supply you with your special timepiece.

Excellent service

Although all the communication with WOM was via WhatsApp,Matthew kept me informed every step of the way. Timepiece was sized for me prior to delivery. I requested a specific date for delivery and Matthew and their courier did not disappoint. On the whole a great experience and would not hesitate in recommending Watches of Mayfair and Matthew.

A totally professional approach

A totally professional approach. Communication was excellent throughout and what I really appreciated is that Matt always followed through on everything he'd written or said, without delay. When I wanted to collect the watch from him personally he ensured that was possible. When I was too excited by the product and lacked the confidence to wear it home on public transport he arranged tracked delivery to my house the next day! It duly arrived in the morning beautifully packaged. For 25 years I've relied on a local jeweller [and friend] for all high end purchases and this experience equalled that high standard in every way. I would happily recommend Watches of Mayfair.

Buy from them!

I recently bought my first automatic watch from WOM. The service was second to none, polite, helpful and you could tell they genuinely cared. My watch is wonderful and was a very good price. Delivered with care. Matthew and Emma at WOM have been fantastic. Buy from them, you won’t regret it.

Level of service was top notch

Level of service was top notch from start to finish. I dealt with Matt throughout who was very helpful and friendly, kept me up to date with the delivery status of the watch, and offered help and advice where needed. An all around great buying experience, will definitely deal with again.
