Didn't deliver when promised
Didn't deliver when promised, let down multiple times costing us the our builder being messed about. Gone into another job, now we have to wait. Asked for a tracking number to call the courier myself to chase as they said out for delivery, can't even get the tracking number right. Called courier they needed a 16 digit number than the 5 digit given.Tried to call back no answer.Still waiting for our delivery on the 19th September. Website says 6 days for delivery nearly a month later still waiting. Worth paying more for a reliable supplier, avoid at all costs.

Slightly disappointed!
I was disappointed to have to chase up my order! It said dispatched 6 days before they arrived and it actually said the order was fulfilled before I received it. Great that once I phoned, they arrived the next day as promised but upon inspection of the order, they don't look galvanised as advertised; ime will tell I guess because I'm not an expert in the field and could be completely wrong. Delivery man helpful despite his shoulder injury, so bonus star for that.

Very obliging regarding the delivery date, which I had to change at short notice. Delivery driver could not have been more helpful. First Class people to do business with, at very competitive prices.

Unfortunately the lintel I paid for…
Unfortunately the lintel I paid for didn’t arrive when expected. Wade contacted me apologised and got me a replacement the very next day. The issue was with the courier and not the supplier. Lintel is perfect
