Good product wrong size
They delivered the product i requested, almost. I asked for timber sleepers 1.2m. Got 2.4 m. I called repeatedly when they were delivered, as did the delivery truck driver but we had no response. After 40 min of trying to call i decided to keep the product. So basically i got more product for the price.

Concrete lintel order
Ordered supplies from Wade before but latest was 2 x concrete lintels. When they arrived it turned out they were a bit overkill for the job I was doing ( my fault!), rang Wade and they refunded straight away. Great service!

Wade wins on price and happy delivery experience
Wade had the lowest internet price, including delivery, that I could find for 3 number 1 acrow props, plus a thorough description of the product which reassured on quality. A Wade vehicle arrived within 48 working hours which was fantastic, considering my address is about 100 miles from Wade. Above all, the Wade delivery driver was very cheerful, helpful and volunteered how good Wade is for other products and services, such as insulation. Such an employee is gold dust and a great ambassador. No doubt about it, I will buy from Wade again.

Service and communication was excellent. The delivery driver was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. Great to have communication would definitely buy from them again

Very impressed
One of the items I ordered turned out to be out of stock, but WBS substituted a more expensive brand at the same price. They also phoned to forewarn me about this. Despite this change, the order was with me in a couple of days, beating more local suppliers hands-down on price, courtesy and speed of delivery.

Your staff that took the order to the driver that delivered my order were so professional from start to finish. If there was a criticism it would be that you sent a driver with such a heavy item it was lucky I was at home
