Thoroughly enjoying my new tea set, a wonderful replacement for the very average one I had. Teapot does not drip or spill and feels lovely to hold and pour with. Tea cups are perfect. Utensils are of high quality. Glass tea cup is perfect when you're short on time or not in the mood for ceremony. Easy to navigate site, reasonable pricing and swift delivery. Definitely recommend.

I ordered my teapot and it came, and I was so excited it was so beautiful. However, when I put water in it, there was a hairline crack. No one‘s fault just there. I immediately contacted the company and got a very professional response back and the teapot was replaced. No questions asked. I would highly recommend this company, their service is outstanding. I will definitely order from them again. I also got loose tea. That is absolutely delicious.

Great service and great product. I wanted a traditional Chinese tea pot for some time and eventually decided to buy one. After searching the Internet I found this company and an item I liked the look of. A lot of traditional Chinese tea pots can cost vast amounts of money and although the item j purchased wasn't cheap it wasn't hundreds of pounds like some items you find. The item is of superior quality and a really nice authentic design. Although quite small in volume I live alone and tend to only have a few cups of tea throughout the day so this product is ideal for me. The delivery of the item itself took a little while, about a week in the end I think but that didn't bother me as I knew from the reviews I'd read online that what was arriving was going to be worth it. Customer service has been good as well. Constant communication from start to finish of my order to ensure I was happy with my purchase and the service I had received. If you're looking for a good quality and genuinely authentic item then I would recommend this company. Prices are reasonable, delivery is normal and well packaged and customer service is always happy to help.

I ordered two tea cadies, fairness cup, and a gaiwan. The package arrived, wrapped nicely for the long journey it went on. All but one item was in perfect condition, the cup part of the gaiwan did break. After contacting customer service, they sent out a replacement cup. That also arrived and packaged perfectly, with no breakage. Though I had to wait an extra two weeks for the replacement, my overall experience was great. Wonderful quality and customer service

These teapots are really beautiful I LOVE these tea pots. They are beautiful, adorable, they have a great feel, small, just enough for a cup of tea : that’s perfect for me. I love looking at them , using them, handling them. There is a lot of waiting before they arrive ; that can be disturbing but i after all they come directly from China, so that is understandable. I will order a cup. I love that teaware so much

Cannot say anything about the product, as I had ordered by mistake. However, their customer service is exceptional as when I emailed them about the issue, their response was quick and understanding of my situation, resolving the issue in a timely manner.

Good prices with great customer service. I wanted to get into traditional Chinese tea brewing, so I needed to pick up several different pieces of equipment. They had all of them in stock and at a very reasonable price. I did have a problem that one of the pieces that I ordered arrived damaged but their customer service was quick to send me a a replacement and were overall very responsive, friendly and clear. Pretty much all you can hope for in a company that's so far away. The only thing that I would note is that shipping times can be a bit long, but that's really not on them but something to be aware of. Overall a great resource, and I will be shopping with them in the future.

While browsing, I liked the idea of a human reaching out to me and offering assistance. It felt like I was shopping at a store again and not online. The agent helping me was very kind and shared links to what I described that I was looking for. Purchased a total of 6 different items and received an amazing discount for New Years sale. Shipping took 9 days. Had a small hiccup with one of the items, but they went beyond my expectations to make it right. Customer service responds promptly, and are very kind.
