Umi Tea Sets

Looking around for containers to hold my loose leaf tea,but I did not just want any simple containers. I searched around and saw Umi Tea Brand and they had great designs, and quality than any other companies for a great price. I ordered a good amount since I had a lot of different loose leaf tea and it shipped out fast. It was also delivered at a reasonable time frame and was very well packaged that all my containers came in safe. All have been filled with my loose leaf tea and are properly stored, they mentioned that the Purple Clay pot must be well taken care of than the others. The only issue I would have with this company or order is sadly they gave me the wrong fish design container. It was supposed to be a design of a Fancy Goldfish, but received only what looks like the same design, but the fish was different, it is a small looking Koi fish. That's the only reason I give it four out of five stars, and is my only complaint. Other than that everything else is fine with the order. Again shipping, delivery, and product are really great and I wouldn't say anything bad otherwise. Just a small hiccup in a fish design. I will highly recommend Umi Tea Company to others who love loose leaf tea as much as I do and get great containers for them. I will also be ordering more containers in the future when I do get more different loose leaf tea, and maybe more of their different merchandise that they also promote. I am a very happy customer!

Don’t let them fool you this place is a total scam I spent over 500 dollars on a set and it was a painted wall tile. Everything is so cheaply made it looks horrible. I am from Ohio. Half of my order was broken. A year later they still have yet to send me a refund or a replacement part. RUN!

Nixing Clay Dezhong Teapot This is the prefect size teapot for my morning tea and I love the way it pours. Personally, I enjoy this intricate, beautiful teapot using all alone. But occasionally do share share my enthusiasm for this special teapot with my husband, it is a wonderful way to have a tea tasting session with just a small cup each and then a second or third infusion. The pot is also an elegant way to have tea, along with the matching cups with a friend. The craftsman, Xie Daoli is a true artist and I love that his work combines art with matching calligraphy. This teapot maintains the heat beautifully and the aroma combines to make a lovely tea tasting session. When I serve tea to guests, they are amazed by the way the teapot pours and we all feel as though we are sharing in the ancient Chinese tea culture. This is a very special teapot set and I will be looking for more teapots from this artist.

It is a beautiful tea set , fast delivery. As expected from the picture. Made out of cast iron it has a dragon beautifully carved in between in gold. Would shop here again.

We ordered a Chinese Tea set to use for my daughter's Chinese wedding tea ceremony. I waited a little late but the tea set arrived quickly and in perfect condition so we were very happy with customer service. The set itself is just beautiful and really added to the event. It’s lovelier than how it appears on the website. I thought the cups were going to be too small for people to hold but both men and women were able to use them for the few sips required and more. Since then, we have brought the tea set out for other occasions everyone has remarked at how lovely it is. All the styling is very classic. I really like the case as the entire set fits into to prevent breakage and it is also fancy enough to put on the side table as display. The quality of all the components leads me to believe that we will keep this for a long time. So happy to find a lovely tea set of such exceptional quality at a price that wasn’t out of our range. I think these would make lovely presents for others in the future whether bride-groom couples or just people who enjoy a tea set. We are happy to have found a company who provides high quality items that are unavailable to purchase in our area. It definitely added a touch of magic to the wedding festivities.

Not only is the tea set well-made, I asked customer service for input on which set I should choose. They helped me narrow down my selection and answered all of my questions. The set shipped promptly and was just as described. It was packaged carefully and is very nice!

I purchased the arched bamboo tea table from Umi Tea Sets and it arrived quickly and was packaged well. The process of ordering from the website was smooth. The bamboo material was lighter than I expected and had a small mark on the wood when it arrived. The pilot holes for screwing in the base also could have been better drilled. However, the table looks nice and was what we were looking for, a low tea table, and we will keep it. It is a beautiful table, and every morning I sit down at it and drink tea and write in my journal. I am a big fan of floor seating, and it has been said to be healthier for you than sitting in a chair. The table is a good height for floor cushions. I went with Umi Tea Sets because I could not find a similar low tea table on other websites that shipped to the U.S. I also like the color and natural bamboo material, it feels nice to the touch and doesn’t stain easily. I recommend this arched bamboo tea table to anyone who enjoys tea and wants to add a little bit of charm to their day.

The packaging was absolutely beautiful, my partner uses the tea set everyday. The mesh strainer in it is perfect. We are both thrilled and I love seeing him use it everyday!

This was a lovely set. The quality was great, the finish was also great and it was really pretty. The packaging was also very secure. The pot hold enough for 4ish refills of the tea cups that cup with it. The set is also very easy to clean. We have started taking it to our picnics at the coast. Totally recommended if you enjoy teas made with loose tea leaves and would like to savor the flavors.

Starting to feel like I’ve been scammed out of £200. Be warned this company might be a bogus company. I made an order for a table 8 weeks ago. I’ve been told it is on its way, at customs, that it is big, so that is why it is taking so long to ship (but ALL tables are big). I also got told I would be given a tea set as an apology. Nothing has materialised. It’s obviously lost in transit. I have sat here without a table for over 2 months and have just been told to keep waiting. No attempt on their part to refund me or allow me to place a reorder so that I can actually receive a table.

I ordered two tea sets and a kettle. They are well-made and packed very carefully. Delivery was also pretty fast. Thr kettle unfortunately didn't fit EU sockets. The company promptly offered to send out an adaptor after i told them about it. The replacement was unfortunately lost and the customer service again promptly sent another one out. Unfortunately, the adaptor they sent out this time wasn't meant for EU use again, but I'm still overall pleased with their customer service willingness to help! I will order from them again.

I love my tea set! I have been using it for a few months now and it has a great, compact design. It has exactly all the components I need/want in a travel set. In addition, my recent customer service experience was great. I needed a replacement part for the set and the team got back to me right away with a solution.

I stumbled upon Umi Tea Sets because I was interested in getting into Gong Fu, but I wanted a price not too expensive but also not product that is too cheap and unlikely to last. The main item I was interested in finding at a good price was a Tea Tray. I ended up ordering a bamboo Tea Tray, Cha He, Fair glass cup, and a set of clear tea cups. Everything came in a timely manor. Everything was wrapped appropriately so that it would not be damaged during travel. The quality and the price of everything matches. Having used all of my tea products on nearly a daily basis they are have held up very well, and look like they did the day they came out of their boxes. I am very satisfied with this company so far. In the future when I am ready to build my tea set even bigger I will most certainly return to Umi Tea Sets to secure more of my Tea set needs. Their prices compared to all the competition is fair, and like I have already stated the quality is of the product is satisfactory. If you do the shipping it takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive, but coming from overseas that is really not too long of a time to wait. Would Highly recommend any tea connoisseur to purchase from these guys.

I bought a little travel tea set for my friend’s birthday, she absolutely loves it and uses it all the time. There are many different types of tea accessories, kettles, and travel sets. I highly recommend!
