Umi Tea Sets

I ordered from Umi Tea Sets for a gift for a friend and was very happy with the products! The pictures were very accurate to the product received and the quality was excellent. The product was also packaged very well. I also had an enquiry on the product and the customer service team who responded to my query came back speedily and was very helpful. I will be definitely be ordering from Umi Tea sets again should I need another quality product and recommend to friends and family!

Bought a travel tea set advertised 2 teacups 75ml and a teapot 270ml. Ordered Jan 9th received 20th. I received today a bare 225ml tea pot with 3 cups of...25ml each. Took pictures to document the review on their site, on the product page, to share with other customers. The product page disappeared from their site just a few minutes after posting my review, no email from customer service to me... Product and service do not inspire trust. Edit: product reappeared on their site, customer service "offered" a refund IF and AFTER I delete the negative review. Really? So, they ended up deleting my review...themselves! Feng Shui.

My daughter wanted a fancy tea tray and a ceramic figurine and she could not be happier. The quality is outstanding. The customer service is great too.

My oldest child is majoring in Asian Studies and Mandarin, and asked for a quality tea ceremony set. We worked together to find the right one and were delighted to find the koi on the set is three dimensional, not just painted on. The selection of tea varieties rounded out the gift. I had a great experience and required a little help from customer service, who were great. We’ll be shopping here again!

Bought nice lotus green tea set and tea tray! Tray was very nice crafted bigger than I thought!Tea set was beautiful quick shipping but, took a little longer the holiday season thru usps!! Got it right on Christmas Eve!

The tea set I ordered arrived beautifully packaged but unfortunately the lid to the teapot was broken. I notified customer service immediately and they took care of sending a new lid. They were great to communicate with, I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

I ordered a tea set for my step mother for her birthday. After placing the order I reached out to the team via their chat and asked if I could get a gift receipt. Not only did they make a gift receipt but they also insisted on writing a card to be included in the box. It was an example of how this company will go above and beyond for you. My step mother tells me the tea is flavorful and earthy. She loves it.

I bought a tea warmer and glass kettle from them. The pieces are very well made! Beautiful pieces! They have phenomenal customer service also. I reached out to them a couple of times, as I was having a hard time finding the correct plug adapter for in the U.S.. They were patient and wonderful to work with. I will 💯 recommend them to anyone and will purchase from them again. I have 2 iron kettles on my wishlist right now!

A beautiful kettle! Lovely over my fire for tea. Trying to get the chat button to work on the website so I can get my questions answered: what kind of clay is this? What kind of wood? How was the wood finished - resin etc - to handle constant steam ? Thank you for a beautiful product.

Thank you very much for this authentic tea set. This adds such a beautiful touch to my daily routine and that adds joy to my life. I was worried about tracking, it was always present, but ordering and having to wait for a while was absolutely worth it. Incomparable to standard quality.

My husband loved the black set. It does require some paper to avoid cups rubbing during transportation but it has been used on multiple trips and done well.

Beautiful tea table! The color of the wood is very nice and goes well with multiple colors and other decor around the house. The size is perfect for my needs, usually serving tea for two-four people but could easily handle more without being too large. Very happy with the purchase and am looking forward to my next purchase from Umi :)

The packing was done really carefully, and I’m satisfied with how they shipped it to me! The product is also really cute! It seems a lot more fragile than I had originally thought, but that makes sense, considering the materials. Overall really cute, and you get what the product is advertised as!

I love this set so much! The pot is humble and practice, with a simple and satisfying aesthetic. Has a really nice poor.The water tray is very cool, holds a good bit of water and has a nice weight to it.

Everything in the set works as expected. Beautiful, natural, good quality, and elegant. A tea spoon is help to control the amount of tea leaves poured into the teacup. So lovely!

It's even prettier in person. I loved how everything came together and packaged so beautifully, nothing was broken or chipped. I organized a tea party for my daughter's birthday and it was perfect. The cutest set! It has a distinct gradient colour and it looked really beautiful on the table. It made our party perfect. Our guests were very impressed, the cup is elegant and it is the same size as most mugs. A fantastic purchase and I plan to buy more from this company.
