Umi Tea Sets

I have ordered tea sets, tea leaves, tea caddies from Umi Tea Sets and they were great, both in product quality and service. They were helpful, courteous and very patient. Check out their YouTube channel for more information too!

I had ordered a tea set for one ! Unfortunately when I unpacked the teapot there was a crack in it. I emailed them and got a timely reply with their apologies. I sent photo of the cracked teapot and they promptly said they would replace the glass teapot which I received today all in working order. The customer service was great and would have no problem ordering from this website again ! This restored my faith in online ordering as I had just previously had a bad experience over a month ago with a online order where I did not receive the product and have tried multiple times to get my money back . I am now going through my credit card company to help me. So it was great to have a positive experience this time around !!

The glass teapot I ordered is lovely. Just what I was hoping for. It was packaged very securely, all intact when it arrived. I paid for express post but due to covid delays it took a while to get to me. I was given a discount when I asked and the service was very timely. I would have preferred if they didn't ask me to give a 5 star review, it seems many places ask for this now and personally don't like that request. Never the less, thank you UmiTeas!

I like to use the kungfu tea set made of purple sand very much. I think this kind of material can keep the tea fragrance intact. Tea set is exactly what I want, but I don't understand what causes the transportation time is really very long. I hope I can change other transportation methods for me next time, because the long wait has worn out my expectation. I want to get it as soon as possible. I am very satisfied with the consistent quality of tea sets.

Save your money and go else where, never had anyone yell at me for checking up on my order because of the pandemic delays until i talked to UmiTea. Horrible

they make you put in a fake 5 star review for "free products" they dont even send you. they send my tea to the wrong address and 1) refused to take the blame 2) told me to contact fed ex to fix my order even though they gave the wrong information on the shipping label. i contacted them 2 more times to see if they would fix the order. they said they would and its been 2 months and they havent dont anything about it and blocked me from contacting them. worst customer service ever. im not even trying to be a karen, if you say youre going to do something do it, dont create a fake front to steal money

Ive ordered a couple times from this company - great customer service and I had an item broken during shipping and they sent a new (upgraded) one...recommended.

Order handmade teacups and received them today. Beautiful cups that are a pleasure to serve guests with. Will be ordering in the future as these and other items will make wonderful and unique gifts.

The seller is very accommodative and excellent in communication. The price is also reasonable and the quality of merchandise is high. The most important thing is the seller is willing to go extra mile to make customer happy.

This tea is wonderful. I love the Peach Blossom tea so much. I only give it 4 stars because it took forever to get to me which I slightly understand. It was free shipping. It took a month to get here. Hopefully the next order I put in will allow me to pay extra to get it here faster. The Yixing TeaPot I got is really good. It’s absolutely beautiful. Can’t tell if it’s authentic or not though.

Terrible tea service. Took ages to come. Broken in parts. Very plastic and poor quality like it had been made in 1970s. Trying to return and cannot get through. Very difficult to get refund. Refund says it will not refund shipping and only partial refund of product is poor quality. Abysmal.

Great company. Love their products! They have such a neat selection of products and I love ordering from them. Can't find a lot of their products elsewhere. Good prices and quick customer service. Would recommend!

I was fairly skeptical of ordering something from here for my wife for Christmas knowing that they ship from China but I ordered a nice little all glass tea set on 12/9 and it was here by 12/16! Totally worth the express shipping for $10 and the tea set is so cute. It arrived extremely well packaged and protected (took me about 20 minutes to undo all the tape and protective packaging, no complaints though). Really pleased with my order

Tea set is beautiful, I get a lot of compliments from guests. Shipping was fairly quick, and well packaged. Will definitely order from umi tea again in the future. These tea sets would make for great gifts.

I oredered a cast iron tea set from this website and the product arrived super quickly (less than a week if my memory doesn't fail me) and in perfect conditions. Regarding the tea set, I had seen many cast iron teapots before on different shops and I always saw some small imperfections that made me decide not to buy them, so I was a bit afraid about making this online purchase. Nevertheless I have to admit that this is probably one of the best cast iron tea pots i've seen, love the design, weight, shape and mainly the capacity. Holds a nice temperature even for relatively long periods of time. The matching cups are very delicate as well and have an excellent weight that feels very comfortable on the hand. Needless to say is that the quality of the water then used to make the tea increses so much using an iron cast teapot. I have seen teapots of the same or similar quality in shops for at least double the price (and not even including the matching cups). It's definitely the perfect product for me and absolutely changed the way I can have tea during the day and while working because, as I said before, holds the temperature quite nicely.

Beautiful porcelain tea set arrived safe and sound. It was very securely and safely packed and there were no bracketed over long distance haul. It also arrived in the time specified and came with some wonderful sample teas. One of the teas we particularly enjoyed but were not sure of the name. I sent a photo of the packet to Umi Tea Sets and they responded in the same day. It was Jin Jun Mei tea and it was delicious.

I'm so pleased with my tea set! It's absolutely gorgeous, has everything I need to make tea, and arrived earlier than expected. The packaging was very secure. I also ordered some rock oolong, and it was delicious.
