The tea set is high quality. We had a minor issue with shipping, and the customer service team corrected the problem quickly and professionally.

This was my first time working with Umi Tea company and it was superb! They have a great selection of high quality whole leaf tea, and it is the best that I have ever tasted. Their customer support is excellent and very quick to respond to questions. The staff are courteous, kind and professional, and eager to help you with your selections. I highly recommend that you give Umi Tea company a try - you will be greatly rewarded.

Poor quality. The item came broken and instead of giving a me replacement for the boxes, they provided bits and pieces of it. The replacement part even has issues and is defective. Would not recommend.

The quality of their products is legit, and they take great care to ensure that your product arrives safe. When ordering, please note that you should give yourself extra time between 2 weeks and a month, as international shipping is beyond their control. So, if you have an event, order ahead of time. I can only say that if you are ordering for yourself or making them a partner, I recommend working with them. They treat and handle their customers well and with care.

We bought the Japanese Cyan Ceramic tea set for our daughter and she absolutely adores it. She loves the ceremony of making fresh tea for her friends. The set is a beautiful colour and really well made. We also bought the utensils and a few samples of tea. All arrived in a timely manner (France). I didn't receive a confirmation email of my order so contacted Umi, they responded really quickly, apologised and confirmed date of dispatch. 100 % recommended.

very nice and beautiful tea pot. a little bit smaller than i anticipated, it was hard to see the actual size on the pictures. no infuser was included so i asked what size it was and then they kindly sent me one for free.

I had placed a large order with Umi and the majority of the order came perfectly as described with one of the handmade teacups being fairly different from what was pictured. While I was fully aware that the items were handmade and the item photographed was label as a representation and not necessarily the item I would receive. When I got the item it was not nearly as vibrantly colored nor did the pattern of the cup match what I had received. I reached out to their customer support team and expressed how I wasn't happy with the cup. I was instructed to provide photographs of the cups and try to display it under different lighting to see if the light conditions would make it look more like what was advertised. Once I did that and had shown that the cup still did not remotely resemble the advertisement the customer support representative was more than happy to discuss ways to rectify the situation. I was given the option to either return the cup for a full refund or they could send me a replacement cup that would hopefully be more to my liking. I opted in for the second option and the replacement I got was perfect. I would highly recommend working with this company.

Umi teas are the best top quality teas for the right price. I have been drinking umi teas for a long time now because of the results..real strong kick 💪, solid feeling and your body heats up immediately. and it lasts all day...because of umi twas top quality, when I run out I immediately buy again....the white puerh tea cake is the best ...and best price....

Everything in the set works as expected. Beautiful, natural, good quality, and elegant. A tea spoon is help to control the amount of tea leaves poured into the teacup. So lovely! Date

They were very quick to delivery with care. I had a couple broken tea cups that they replaced with haste and they were very nice about it. The tea set is very traditional and I think this should be shared more so others may have tea zhen time. Thank you!! I bought the Double Happiness Red Wedding Tea Set from Umi Tea for a Wedding. We were very happy with the Set and would recommend it. Colour was just as bright red as on the pictures. The quality of the Set was great. The packaging was perfect to gift and it was secured with a lot of Styropor. It was packed in two layers. So if you think you are missing something just open the second layer of styropor. We also ordered the Dragon Pearl Jasmine Green Tea - COLORFULTEA × 1 Small Tea Caddies Package (120 g). The packaging was beautiful and the tea smelled great. Every portion was packed in a tin can and was sealed with plastic wrapper. It is great for a later repurpose. The tea tasted very good and the tea leaves looked just like the pictures on the website. An Instruction is also included for first time Jasmine tea drinkers. Shipping was as fast as stated on the website. We received the shipping information by email and could track it starting from China. Both articles were sent separately. Nothing was damaged during the transport and we will surely buy something again from Umi Tea.

I bought a tea set for my wife for her birthday. It arrived in a timely fashion and my wife loved it. It did however, arrive with broken peices. I emailed customer support and they were able to send out the broken peices free of charge. Overall very happy with Purchase.
