I bought Yixing Clay Tea Cup With Infuser And Stand for my husband as an anniversary gift. It arrived well packaged in a beautiful box but unfortunately the saucer was broken. The customer services I emailed, they immediately apologised and sent out a replacement that I received within a week! Amazing service! The tea set is amazing! It is lovely crafted with unusual clay that you cannot find anywhere else. The detail is awesome and makes set very personal. There are so many to choose from that you will find the right design for a true loved one. It just oozes quality. I cannot wait for my husband to open it. It was worth every penny especially as we are green tea enthusiast's. I would recommend Uni tea for a selection of quality items that are beautifully packaged and customer services that are caring and exceptional. You will not be disappointed.

Very well packed and arrived in good time. I ordered two small tea holders which were very well wrapped and packed into a very sturdy cardboard box. The products were exactly what I ordered and as described on the website.

I ordered a tea set from the website as a gift. I was very much happy with it and so was the receiver! The pot seemed good quality and the set was packaged nicely. Shipping took about 2 weeks, which isn’t too bad in my opinion, considering they ship from Asia.

So far, I have purchased four different teas, a tea tray, and a glass tea set from Umi Tea Sets. What they did well: -The tea comes in adorable and sturdy cadies. I was not expecting it, so it was a nice surprise! -The Ginseng Oolong tea is really, really tasty. -The tea tray is beautiful, sturdy, and does not leak. I use it every day. -The Glass Tea Set arrived without a scratch or chip in any of the pieces. -I contacted their Support twice: one for a status update on an order and one because I accidently missed a piece of the tea set when unboxing it. Both times, Support got back to me quickly and was very professional. What could be improved: - Expect a long wait time between when you order vs when you get it. It may be due to the global shipping issues going on right now, but it can take over a month to get your order. So plan in advance when ordering! - So. Much. Packaging. Just unpacking the Tea Set filled an entire trash bag with plastic. I understand the need to package fragile things so heavily to ensure it won't break during transit, but I would like to see more eco-friendly packaging in the future, or at least less plastic. - The Glass Teapot seems to be made of thinner glass than the rest of the Tea Set, and feels a lot more fragile. I'm worried I'm going to break it! - The Glass Teapot came covered in some kind of dust. Weirdly, it was the only piece that seemed dusty. Easy enough to clean, but just kind of strange. - As some reviews pointed out, a lot of the reviews for this site and their products seem similar and come off as fake. I don't disagree, and I'm sure there are a number of fake reviews, but despite that I took a risk and got some lovely items from the store. I think it might be a good idea for them to go through and double check that the reviews on their website are legit. - Their product tracking is horrible and doesn't really track anything. I had no idea when my items were suppose to show, so it was surprise when they were delivered. Overall, I absolutely will order from them again. I like their products, but they do have some things they can improve on. I look forward to ordering more tea from them soon~

I’m a big tea enthusiast and was very excited going through the website because they have such a variety of tea and tea accessories. I ordered a glass tea set that was on discount alongside some tea utensils and blooming tea. It arrived within 2 weeks and I couldn’t be more excited. The packages were very well sealed and protected. It was probably the most well packed item I’ve ever received. All glass pieces were in tact. The glass is thick and elegant. The tea is delicious. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be shopping via umiteasets again!

I ordered a handmade clay tea set. It arrived exactly as it appears on the photos, carefully wrapped and in one piece. All items are stamped and the package came with a certificate (that I alas can't read...). Costumer service was very friendly, quick and professional.

Don't buy from this company! I ordered a purple clay gongfu tea set with an ebony tray. The "ebony" tray isn't real wood, just a compressed particle board with a cheap coating on it. Authentic yixing purple clay pottery is hand formed, but these have very visible seams from being cast in a mould which indicates a lower quality clay was used. The return policy says they'll cover the cost of return shipping, but shipping anything from the US to China is incredibly expensive and they'll really only offer $30-100 for it, which is nowhere near enough for even basic shipping.

I wish i'd read the reviews before purchasing! It took ages to receive my delivery and they couldn't give me an estimated date of delivery. When it did finally arrive the tea pit was smashed as well as the tray. I wasn't blown away by the quality. Asked for a full refund but was told to expect a replacement

Its my first time to own this lovely teapot. I received all items perfectly package. Items are genuinely handmade. I purchased one for me and for my children as they love drinking tea as well. They are amazed on every detailed of the teapot and they love it. It was a very good purchased. Hope it will last until generation.

Absolutely great website and company to deal with. Amazing range of teapots, tea sets, tea pets and of course teas. The quality and variety is second to none. I absolutely love the range of tea pets and the little blurb of information for each one is so informative and interesting. The tea sets and pots are stunning with unique patterns and glazes, I struggle to decide!! A wonderful array of teas are available, all of an exceptional quality. Platform is very easy to navigate and work with. Easy payment methods available and goods were shipped directly to me. All items arrived beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. I absolutely love my items and can highly recommend.

Absolutely garbage company. All 5 star reviews are fake. They either 1) take your money and never send you anything, ever, or 2) from what I've read in other 1 star reviews, send small garbage plastic knockoffs of what you actually ordered. They say they send a package, but they use a fake shipping company called "4px" so that they can show you a single fake shipping update in which they tell you that they submitted your package for shipping. They didn't, though. 4px is a fake shipping company that does nothing but help scammers take your money. Never order anything from Umiteasets, and if anybody ever sends you something though "4px", get a refund A.S.A.P.

I have received my teapot wrapped in a beautiful package on time. Got it as a gift for a friend and he absolutely loves it! The size is just about right for making tea for two medium sized mugs. The customer service officer was also very quick in responding my queries via email. I will buy from the shop again.

If you are ordering from the United States, be aware of time zone differences and that shipping from south China may take a couple weeks. That said, I happened to be looking at the site one evening (which meant it was during Umi Tea Sets' business hours) and a representative opened a chat window to ask if I needed help, then offered me a 10% off discount code. I received prompt confirmation of the order and had package tracking information within 24 hours. I am extremely pleased with the Yixing zisha pot I ordered. It was packed with great care and came in a silk bag and sturdy presentation box. Umi Tea Sets also accidentally shipped me a nice glass tea pot I had *not* ordered. When I notified them, they offered to investigate what happened, then told me to keep the second pot as a gift.

Shipping has been stuck at "picked up" for 2 months now. No one responds to emails. Shipper website is extremely shady with no contact information. I've pretty much counted it as a loss. Do NOT purchase from this shop. These 5-star reviews look very suspicious. They're written very similarly. I wouldn't be shocked if they're not actual customers. Purchase at your own risk.

I received my beautiful Magnolia Cast Iron Teapot With Induction Cooker. It is worth every tea sip. This tea pot has a delicious flavour the oolong loose tea. I have two cast iron teapots from Amazon. They are beautiful as well, but you cannot compare them with the Magnolia Cast Iron Teapot. The taste and flavour of the tea is just amazing. Thank you. I am so happy with my Magnolia Cast Iron Teapot With Induction Cooker and its here for a lifetime. Especially when I have been drinking green tea for over 30 years and this is an additional complimentary to drinking tea. The customer service is very helpful when you need answers. I've got two Yixing teapots from Umi Tea Sets and I absolutely love them. They're quite sturdy and they work really well. I love their collection and would love to purchase more. I also have one of their tea pets which is a pig tea pet. It's so cute and I love the build. I would also like to try our their beautiful Gaiwan sets and tea sets.
