I was unaware of the procedure to collect the samples and awaiting an instruction on how to proceed. Following a telephone call all was resolved and after collecting the samples and posting them a speedy response was quickly received.
You can’t test for intolerance with hair

Fantastic service. The testing kit was promptly delivered to me via post, very clear and simple instructions to follow. You just send off some hair strands with a small form to complete, put it into the prepaid envelope and post it back and your results are emailed to you in a couple of days. Thereafter, I had some questions regarding my results to which Becky responded within a couple of hours and cleared up exactly what I needed to know. The food sensitivity results were eye opening, and also confirmed some "suspect" sensitivities I thought could be culprits, and this test nailed it down for me. This came recommend to me by a friend, and I will absolutely recommend this to others.
I had a great experience with UK Food intolerance. The instructions for the tests are straightforward and results are given within 72 hours, after the hair sample is received. Which is excellent. The results are sent via email with clear set out allergens and sensitivities. I’ve told friends & family about this company and I’ve bought test from here multiple times. I will be purchasing again.
I haven’t sent mine off yet but I’d like to say that the service I have had so far and communication has been excellent. Becky has been in touch h with me to help me along the way and guide me through!
It's a very easy website to navigate and the items they test for are very extensive.
