UK Food Intolerance

This was a quick and easy test to be done, i was really shocked at the amount of different foods, metals etc i was intolerent too, this has definetly helped me manage my stomach pains and bloating, i really recommend this !!!

The result of the foods to which I am intolerant is very complete. I was surprised by some foods that I thought I was not intolerant to. This gives me a broader perspective on how to take care of my health.

I have lactose intolerance but wanted to see what else needed removing from my diet - my results came back telling me nearly all dairy is fine when I know from experience it is not. Completely cannot trust the results wouldn't waste your money

it was fast the results came as promised and when promised and were very clear and easy to understand, though I will not be removing much from my diet it was a good service

Yes, delivered within a quick turnaround Yes , results emailed quickly and are easy to read No , I really doubt the results ( sensitivity) . Question - is there a scale darker than Red ? And what is the likely reaction when you eat a Red item ? I have no ( apparent ) reaction to the very few items that i allegedly have a ( Red) ( in) sensitivity

Waited in all week for it to be delivered has never arrived , I would like my money back , I wish I came to the reviews first after seeing the amount of undelivered and bad feedback this has got this is a lesson learnt for me , please give me an email address I can get a refund

I think the results were very accurate and confirmed foods I thought may be causing me upset or disagreement , were on the red list . I have recommended friends that this was a good test at eliminating what may be causing problems

Easy, quick process. Foods that indicated sensitivity, have noticed a positive difference since eliminating from diet. Dairy intolerance which I have had from birth was not highlighted as a sensitivity which was surprising, although tea - white was , not sure what that means.
