18/12/20 I had the full test and my results were spot on and confirmed what I was experiencing and why I was feeling the way I was. I would highly recommend everybody doing this at least once and I certainly intend buying this test for family members - I know it sounds strange but this really does give an insight that will be helpful and more beneficial than my usual presents! Super happy with UK food intolerance results. I’ve been battling with my dogs food allergies for well over a year and spent £100s at the vets. I’d considered getting an allergy test done through the vets but at over £500, I was reluctant. I took a gamble and bought this over the internet. The process was smooth, got my sample and sent it back to the lab. Within a week, I’d got my results back and could start eliminating the ingredients that were so troublesome to my pooch. Would highly recommend!

I've ordered the pet test for my cat, as he has been suffering from degistive issues, found out he is actually allergic to chicken, the test has solved all the problems! After that, I also purchased the couple test, efficient service and trustworthy!

Ordered two kits and they did come. However I was skeptical when they didn't come in packaging approved by the royal mail for lab tests. I did some research after a friend warned me it might be a scam. The company only has one director and one administrator who is the same person. Also strange. The company is also registered under a different name at an office not a lab. Luckily I'm not to bothered about the money lost but to some people £50 is a lot of money (for 2 tests). Please don't waste your money and be careful as there is a lot of this companies around that take your money and produce a fake report. I was stupid enough to fall for it and no doubt there will be more. If the company wishes to contact me and prove me otherwise then please feel free to.

I couldn’t be happier with the service, I ordered the ultimate test kit, so very straight forward,i received a box with easy instructions, sent it back, and got my results via email. My results were very detailed, I was shocked to find out mushrooms and cucumber and cashew nuts is a big no no for me, and oil which I thought may be my issue as I’ve been having pains in my stomach a lot, I totally recommend this test , my daughter brought me it for a early Christmas present, and I couldn’t of wished for anything better, to change my life for the best, thank you all team, and keep up all the hard work 👏 Lisa Leavers

Bogus test, my husband and I sent 2 samples each under different names and for both him and I the result were completely different on the 2nd sample of hair. So yes, don't trust them at all.

If I could rate a zero I would. 14 days since payment was taken from my bank, nothing... repeated emails to them ... no response, terrible customer service. I have never written a review before but I’m seriously unhappy. Have requested a refund... guess what? No response

I Sent results 2 weeks ago still haven’t heard anything. Responded to confirmation email chasing results and no response. Used their contact form on their website and still no response. Advertised as 48 hours results after receiving them. Been at least a week since they would have had them.

Do not use it! Waste of money! I sent my test 2 weeks ago, I had to contact them to ask for the result, they have send me a very general message saying nothing is wrong with me. If it was right I wouldn't have taken the test but hey...YOU ARE BETTER GIVING £25 TO CHARITY

No results received! Despite now messaging UK Food Intolerance several times and paying for I still Haven’t received any response to my emails or received the results of my Intolerance test! A waste of money and no customer service given whatsoever!

My results got lost in a post but customer service worked despite the weekend. I’ve received a pdf as an email. Super surprised about the detailed report (foods, vitamins, metals, additives, minerals, digestive health, hormonal balance and non-food items). I’m hoping eliminating the items in the sensitive groups will make my life better! Would recommend to anyone who suffers with odd “allergies” as myself (random hives appearance)

My first mistake was that I did not research enough into how actually these 'intolerance' tests work - if you go to the official website of the NHS it is clearly stated there that some companies try to promote some kind of hair/magnetic etc types of tests that can tell you what your intolerances are, but non of them are actually scientifically proven, which unfortunately I found out after I already ordered my kit. And the results from the so called 'test' were far beyond wrong - apparently i'm intolerant to silver, gold, dogs, apples, cheddar, feta, chocolate, and all other kinds of stuff that i eat/am around/use or wear regularly and i feel perfectly fine... absolute scam at least in my opinion. (Oh, and I ordered a couple test and my partner's test results were also far from the truth) While their website and the results file you receive look really professional and well made, in reality their method is not at all scientifically proven to work, and the fact that when i purchased it it had like 75% off which just sounds ridiculously cheap made it look even more suspicious to me from the beginning, although i decided to give it a try as i have concerns about my personal intolerances (which affect me once or twice a month, 100% sure not from the things listed in my results tho). I just hope people find this review helpful and just not waste time and money just to receive a pretty looking "report/results" that are untrue!

You don't receive a pack with most options - read into your option requirements. Apparently my 10 year old son is allergic to cognac, gin and wine! He is also allergic to numerous things I have never heard of and he is doubtful ever to encounter let alone consume I.e Acute Reaction Alder Aspen Tree Blackberry Bush Dandelion Tall Oat Grass Timothy Grass Intermediate Reaction Ascaris Parasite Brassica Napus (Rapeseed) Clover Cotton Crop Elm Tree Larch Tree Narcissus Plant Orchard Grass However he has touched clover, elm tree, blackberry bush & dandelions with no effect. The results were USELESS.

I ordered the essential test for me and my partner and we were surprise with the results. It comes very quickly, but it's not what we expected, as we both don't feel well after certain food like gluten,eggs and meet and we just don't eat them. So test doesn't show any of them, just 80 % of the subsist we eat to maintain our diet in a healthy way. I think that our diet becomes too monotonous, and even superfood are bad when you eat to much of them so we decided to change our diet, and gives our body a rest from certain food but we definitely not gonna resign from food we love .

Despite now messaging UK a Food Intolerance four times and paying for a speedy service, I have still received no response to my emails or received the results of my sons Intolerance tests. I needed the results for his health and have received nothing. A complete waste of money and zero customer service!

I ordered this test because I am suffering from acid reflux and IBS and wanted to see if perhaps some foods might be triggering my flare ups. The process was very easy and I got my results after 4 days. I have ordered the " Essential" testing kit that checks 448 food items and 52 non-food items. Once the report arrived I expected to see all of these foods and non-foods listed and see some sort of percentage or how likely I am to be intolerant to these items, however, the report stated that I had acute reaction to 5 food items and intermediate reaction to 20 other items. What about the rest? The main culprit was wheat and that I should eliminate it for 6 weeks, so I this is what I have done. So far I am 4.5 weeks in and I do not feel any better, in fact I feel worse. I have joint pains, I feel lethargic, I have lost my appetite, I also had a bad flare up on my acid reflux, upset tummy, lots of gas etc..I eat quite healthy and made sure that I had enough fibre in my diet as well as fruit, veg, protein, good fat like nuts etc. I appreciate that perhaps I should give it a bit more time to get to the 6 weeks benchmark, but... I have re-introduced wheat in the last 3 days and I feel great! The joint ache is gone, I feel a lot more energetic etc. So I am not sure what happened there whether the testing wasn't accurate enough OR I just miraculously got better. I would say that if you think that food might be causing you physical symptoms - it's best to go and see your GP and get tested for accurate results.

A great, quick service - have used the Pet Test after hundreds spent at the vets with unexplainable bald patches and itching - now we know how to help her - fantastic results

I sent my hair sample off a few weeks ago and got my results back. It showed white bread so I switched to brown/granary bread and in a few days, I was pleased to find I didn't feel so lethargic, especially early afternoons, as I had been for quite a while. Continuing with brown/granary. Thank you so much for this
