Really impressed with this service from start to finish. The whole process was surprisingly easy and took at lot less time than I expected. The results I received were so thorough and explained in detail. I’ve already started making changes based on the results and noticing big differences. Thank you.

We were looking for an intolerence test for my daughter and found this company. The Ultimate Family pack offered us to have us all tested. 5 tests and 4 family members. This gave us to oportunity to send in a test sample. From my head I pulled enough hair to be devided in the different two sample bags. Today we got the result and there are significant differences between the two reports which had the same sample hair. There is less than 5% similarity between the two test outcomes, while the hair used for both came from my head. Pulled together, then devided into the bags. Simliar protocol. One explanation can be that the plastic bags were contaminated. The differences in the report when using the same samples are so extreme, that you cant attribute any value to what is presented in these reports. This is NOT a replacement for a scientific food intolerence test. You will need to go and do a bloodtest or skin allergy test. See your GP. I have asked for a refund. 02 03 2021 Down below the response from UK Food Intolerance. Apparantly it normal to expect completely different outcomes from the same sample. With regards to your results and the difference between reports, it is common that if you run a second test directly/very soon after the first you will get a different set of results. I purchased the ultimate test and I’m so glad I did, the results were very thorough almost 70 pages of detail. Some things that came back that I was intolerant to I hadn’t even ever thought of but my goodness what difference it has made. What has really made this experience an excellent one is the online assistance I received as aftercare. Like I said 70 pages while informative is quite overwhelming. From my first contact with Lillie Gee they were patient, and understanding, and helped me no matter how silly my question. Absolutely can not recommend this company and it’s staff enough. We bought the family ultimate tests. Tests came quickly and was easily completed. The results came back in less than 7 days. Really interesting results not at all what we had expected. Well explained detailed results and easy to follow, all spiky into relevant sections. When we needed help the customer care was second to non, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again. Thank you.
The Test results were above and beyond what I had expected to receive. The response confirmed most items that I suspected were causing a problem and some I didn't realise. A 67 page report itemising all the areas of sensitiveness and moderate sensitivity was very helpful. Wish I had done the test sooner. I also had a few questions from the report and the customer support team were very quick in responding to those questions too. Definitely recommend.
I am suffering from really bad indigestion and have been for a few years. Doctors keep prescribing different medications but nothing really helps therefore I ordered this test to see if I have any intolerance to foods I eat. First of all I am dairy intolerant and I know it for fact, however when I received my results it didn't show up at all! Secondly, when I asked about it I got a reply "By removing the item this can reset the imbalance so it can improve the result so to speak it is worth noting it could be that as your system isn’t currently dealing with the dairy it may have just been low enough not to flag as an issue by a small margin" If that is the case why other things I haven't eaten for years (figs, kiwis, pine nuts etc.) showed that I am intolerant to? If by removing items resets the imbalance why figs, kiwis etc showing I am intolerant to but dairy products doesn't?? I was hoping that by having this test I will get some answers about my indigestion problems but unfortunately, I got none. Doing this test is waste of time and money!
Test itself is really good value- easy to take, quick results and detailed. Customer service was excellent- they are professional, helpful and respond quickly. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
We found this site by chance when looking for information on food sensitivities and although a bit sceptical we thought we'd try the tests. Glad we did! Very quick and helpful service and the results of our tests were very useful. some changes made to diets as a result of the findings and improvements in well being have already come about. Thank you.
I have never seen such disgusting responses to customers. They claim to be customer-focused but are clearly attacking their users in a public forum. The test "kit" is like something made at a craft fair and not at all professional. Avoid. Go to a doctor for testing. These scammers need investigating for unprofessional practise. ++++++++++ Further to the above - they sent results (late) saying my cat was highly sensitive to Cat Dander and Cat Serum Albumin. So my cat is highly sensitive to its very skin and blood! What a load of absolute rubbish. It’s a complete con.
Results came quickly and the lists were extensive! Some of the items I had suspected anyway but much easier to be able to eliminate certain foods now I have a list to go from! Would definitely recommend to others.
Great service, very interesting to read the very detailed results, it has also brought my attention to an issue that I had no idea about. Results came quickly and the whole process was very simple.
I researched companies a lot before going with UK Food Intolerance and managed to get a couples ultimate test for £44. Great I thought. I had to chase the results and the customer service is not great at all once they have your payment. The reports are thorough yes, it lists lots of things, however, when saying that someone is deficient in a vitamin, what would help is to give the customer the reading of what they achieved. This company do not do that. They just tell you that you are lacking it, so how do we know how much we need to increase the intake by. I have emailed 3 times now and have been ignored on each one. I would not recommend this service to anyone that wants real facts about their health status as it isn't detailed enough in parts.
Happy with the service and the results have confirmed a few foods and drinks I suspected, as well as a lot of others. Helpful and fast replying customer service too. Very glad I went ahead with it.
Don't waste your money. I wanted clarification for suspected IBS so I tried the test. I already knew a lot of products that up set my stomach. Yet the results were laughable. A lot of the products on the test results were saying no issues, yet its the opposite. I'm just glad I didn't pay the full asking price of over £100. It just shows how much they over charge, if they can reduce the fee down to under £30. Response Good Evening, We recommend all of our customer use their results to undertake an elimination diet for the items that have shown up on their report. However it would appear you are yet to take this step. We encourage you to undertake the full elimination diet and then see how your results have benefited you like they have so many of our other customers. I bought the family test kit and completed it on my mother and father, With a whole range of foods detected and lacking vitamins, with there diet adjusted and suppliments the difrence in energy of my mother and father especially has improved there standard of living a great deal excellent service and easy to follow.

Decided to take this allergy test as I had some concerns and under present NHS situation thought it useful to try in the first instance to eliminate anything I could. The results and advice have already had a positive impact on my concerns. Information given is very clear and easy to follow. Customer service is professional and friendly. Company happy for one to keep in touch. So far have only just put in hand guidance on one thing in particular and will continue investigating other advice. Overall very pleased.
