Results were very thorough and I would have struggled to identify these intolerances through food elimination given that each family member had differing and unexpected results. Well, I got my results back.. slightly later but after a quick message, they came through. Two things I’d already identified came out in the test and I had some interesting results which I feel will help. I will talk over with a doctor too, make sure nothing serious. Thank You for the service.. have introduced a couple vitamins, and eating cereal! Because it’s packed with what I need in comparison to other foods labelled as being high in them, they only have around 15% - cereal has 100%! So fingers crossed I start to feel better soon because I can enjoy my food more :)

I am delighted with the service of this company. I admit I was initially skeptical however the results provided me with exactly the answers I needed which did not show up on my NHS blood test. A Thyroid issue as I suspected, is causing my hair loss. I would say I’m 99% certain what I’m intolerant to but just thought I would double check to be sure & put my mind at ease & with NHS waiting times being long I thought I would try this way first. When I got my results back non of the things I know I have an allergy too or I’m sensitive too came up and instead foods I eat every day with no problems will came up as being sensitive. Not accurate at all. Don’t waste your money. I’m now going to go to my doctor & have bloods done or testing for an accurate result.

I ordered one of these tests after a friend's recommendation. I'd not seen her for a while due to Covid restrictions, and when finally restrictions eased I couldn't help but notice how well she looked. I asked her what she had changed, and she mentioned this test and how it had identified things to avoid from her diet. Since then, she's been feeling great! I had to try for myself. Test arrived promptly, and results emailed within five days. Several items flagged up, I had suspected to be the cause of tummy problems. As advised, I have eliminated from my diet and so far so good. It's day four now, so fingers crossed. Highly recommended.

Ordered on the 23rd March and still waiting for my kit to arrive. Emailed to ask where it was and was told it had been sent the next day, but to just wait a bit longer (had already been 10 days). Almost 3 weeks now and still no kit!

Received my test kit in good time and promptly got my result back. Process was easy and simple. Find it helpful having the information from the results. Customer service was great too.

I had my suspicions that had intolerances to some foods so it’s good to finally know which ones they are. The company was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had and I received my results in good time.

Having not been able to find my receipt from posting the sample to receive my refund. (I posted the letter 2 weeks before asking for my refund, then was told I'd not be able to receive a refund until I provide them with proof it was delivered when I said it was. Royal mail has said it was the 1st, they are saying the 7th) I decided to wait 3 more days and see if the result arrived. Its been 3 weeks now in total, a week since they admitted that they had my sample. I paid for 48hr results, there's been nothing. Nothing but a scam. And I can provide the emails to anyone whose dubious about weather they should use them. You can even see in my last review they say I need to show them my postage receipt to get a refund desiptw already acknowledging that they have my sample. They literally take your money and provide you with nothing.

Vary good experiences. Slight delay which couldnt be helped due to Royal mail but recived my results today... Confirmed some suspicions such as milk and a few tree types i had previously suspected. Not had previous reactions to gold and silver but would imagine they're more silver plate etc than gold. People ought to read the differences between intolerance and allergies.... customer service spot on. I Took an Ultimate Test in November and got the results within 2 weeks. The report is so large, but sooo much information on there - I was pleasantly suprised, for the money I spent (less than 30 pounds). I was perplexed at some of the items on my acute reaction list but I avoided as many of the items on there as I could for about 6 weeks ( as they recommended ). I have to say, I do feel better, I have more energy and feel much less bloated. Please don't read some of the negativity on here, this test is brilliant value for money and points you a direction on what foods to avoid. I think its well worth a try, lets face it, whats the alternative ? What else can you try for 30 quid that can tell you what foods to avoid to make you feel better ? WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!
