Received my results a few days ago and what first seemed like a minefield is now a pleasure all down to the wonderful Lillie who has explained, given advice and patiently answered all of my questions! Looking forward to this new journey :) xx

Glad I done this test as I,ve not been feeling myself for a few years , my test results showed foods I'd been having a reaction to , one of the foods is one i,d eat everyday, I eliminated this food and within a few days I started to feel alot better my mood was up and had a general feeling of well being . I'd Definitely recommend doing this test it was certainly a game changer for me .

Let's get the "bad" out of the way; After paying for 48hr turn around we had to chase for the results. Now the good; The team responded immediately to my chaser email, sending the results and an apology. The test kit arrived quickly and was simple to do. We received a confirmation email when the sample arrived at the lab. Of the 3 things we suspected caused a very nasty rash on my dog, one of them is on the report as red. The test has really helped. These results will allow us to target testing for a medical diagnosis, reducing stress on my dog and cost to me.

I have had 3 different intolerance tests done in 2 years ,been suffering very bad with stomach ache,bloated, fatigue and other things,I am allergic to dairy so used alternatives turns out these were what I was also intolerant to and worse,cut these out and took vitamins for the low levels I had ,best test I've every taken felt the benefits next day after taking out the stuff I never knew affected me,would recommend to anyone having problems what ever it may be ,you ll be surprised

Very easy process to follow and very quick communication. The results are more in depth than I expected. Since stopping eating certain food that I have an intolerance to I've noticed my daily stomach pains haven't been as much of a problem. I would definitely recommend using this company for your tests, their communication is amazing.

Waste of money We decide to try them despite a lot of negative feedback in web, we buy family pack 4 to 5 people, as there is only 4 of us, I decide to send two samples from myself, my wife pull few hairs from same place at the same time and put in two different bags, less the a week later we got results and it turn out that both my samples got totally different results which is not possible, there is no possibility than the same samples will comes with 100% different outcomes unless it’s nothing else then randomly generated reports, I wish I got my money back. I would advise everyone to avoid this service, I think it’s scam and nothing else.

i cannot thank these people enough. i have been feeling so terribly ill now for many many months. the best few £'s i have spent. I have been unwell for several months with no reason and decided to do an intolerance test to reach some answers. I received my results very quickly and it flagged up several intolerances that I would never have thought to cut out, but a few days of cutting them out and I am already feeling better. Customer service was great too, very fast when I had an inquiry and very friendly. Would recommend.

I'm glad a friend of mine recommended me to do the test. I twisted my partner's arm to join me (as he's been having digestive issues which neither NHS blood/urin test detected nor diagnosed) and yet this test made it very clear what was wrong! I'm particularly happy that the test covers all areas of sensitivity and checks out the balance of hormones/enzymes/vitamins/minerals as well as food and non-eatable plants/animal intolerance. We can get on with our lives, finally!

This test was so easy to fill out. Only a couple of questions and hair sample and within a week I received my results! Amazing and quick service. I just wished I had done this sooner. I recommend it fully.
