The results of this test

My personal experience has been very positive and incredibly eye opening! Firstly, the service itself was fantastic. Once I ordered my ultimate test (which was on offer for the awesome price of £27!) I received the pack in the post two days later. I then sent off what was required and received the results via email just a few days later. Can’t say fairer than that! What was revealed in my results was actually quite shocking but moving forward will hopefully have a massive impact on my health. I’ve seen some negative reviews that have mentioned the test not picking up on allergies they know they have. I found all the information very clear and it is stated more than once that an intolerance and an allergy are not the same thing, so ignore those reviews because they have not read the information correctly or have read it and simply don’t understand.

This was so easy to do and I got the results back literally the next day to them receiving my hairs. Finally glad I did this as their were a few foods I was suspicious of being sensitive too but just wanted confirmation and I got that and more. Now I know for definite I can avoid the foods I’m sensitive too and hopefully my stomach will thank me for it would definitely recommend these guys to anyone .

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. This food intolerance test has finally got to the bottom of what doctors couldn’t diagnose - a sensitivity to certain foods that was causing me to come out in a rash. Since I’ve stopped eating the foods listed as sensitive in my report I haven’t had a rash so I am thrilled, relieved and grateful in equal measure.

My daughter lives in USA and has investigated her food intolerances and found it very helpful. I have one or two minor ailments which I ascribed to my age. My daughter recommended I check out my food intolerances and to ensure I did it, she searched the internet and sent me a link to UK Food Intolerance which she decided would be best for me. I duly applied and subsequently sent in my hair samples. I am just overwhelmed by the amazing range of information I have received. Some of the recommendations contained in my report confirm my own suspicions but others are an eye opener, eg I appear to have a sensitive reaction to pineapple, which I would never have thought likely. I intend to proceed as advised and drop certain items from my diet and assess the benefits. I am confident I will benefit considerably from this report.

I have struggled to loose and keep weight off and intermittently struggle with my digestive system, although it has been hard to identify the triggers. I wanted to understand what foods affected MY body and was imressed with how cost effective the test was (I paid £27 for the Ultimate Test). It arrived in a couple of days and required a few strands of hair (Ideally with the root attached) so I did this and posted it back, not expecting to have my results for at least a week. The results were in just 4 days later and considering 2 of these were the weekend, I am extremley impressed. The test looks at food and non-food sensitivities as well as a whole host of other important stuff such as hormone, vitamin and mineral imbalances etc. My very comprehensive 67 page report has enlightened me to understand my body better and I am genuinly excited to use this knowledge to establish a healthier lifestyle and have already recommended it to family & friends. I should stress that this IS NOT an allergy test and I will be taking an allergy test in addition to understand the full picture. I really do recommend this product to anybody looking to understand their body better.

So easy, simple and straightforward, we purchased the premium test and found out so much from this for our dog, which has made things much easier to help him with his sensitivities. Really impressed on how quick the results came back, would highly recommend.

An extensive list of items tested and some really helpful guidelines given to help improve my life condition. Very easy to drop the main high sensitivity items and feel more comfortable in just a few days. The in balance/out of balance sections are particularly useful to identify areas where improvement can be made in the diet to restore deficiencies to a better level. Pages of useful information help to find solutions to each section tested and hints at what can make a difference within the body. Fast and easy process to collect the hair sample and send it away, with results returned very efficiently. Thank you for all the actions recommended - I'm starting to get my body back in shape again.

I did an individual ultimate hair test and found the results very informative and detailed. As such, a couple of months later I did a family test for five people. However, my results were almost completely different. For instance, I only had one food item in common under the highly sensitive category. I wrote to UK Food Intolerance about this but I found their answer unsatisfactory. They maintained that the results are like a 'conversation' and the results will be different every time. I fail to understand how what I am sensitive can be completely different every time. They also told me I should trust my first results and I also didn't see why I should trust them as they already admitted that the results would be different every time. I asked for a refund and I did receive my refund after a few days. I know these tests aren't science, but I had expected a little more correlation between the results and I am angry that I made lifestyle changes because of something that is completely inaccurate. I wish I had read some of these reviews before I did the tests, so I wanted to share my experiences with others. But I certainly wouldn't recommend these tests to anyone.

I have had PCOS since 2014 and my stomach has been getting bigger and bigger every year since. I had a full battery of tests done at my local hospital recently after a scare but all came back normal. I have just this evening received my food intolerance report back and I am blown away. Everything I have been eating, thinking I was being healthy, has actually been making me ill. Oats, pasta, honey, olives, yellow peppers, olive oil and brown rice are all on my 'red list' and they have been the basis of my diet for years. I also cut out milk and bread thinking it was those making my stomach swell, but these foods are on my 'green list' so I can not wait to re-introduce those back into my diet... I would hand on heart recommend this test to family and friends!

There is no scientific backing behind testing hair for food allergies (look it up), I requested justification for using this method from the company with no response. How can hormone balance or gut biome be tested with a few strands of hair? It seems that the hair testing method is holistic, apparently using energy field detection... For the results, they seem pretty random with many of the items being thins you are unlikely to encounter, I suppose making it safe to make the claims. It's like psychic readers who make claims that could be true for anyone. Some of the claims make no sense at all, e.g that I am low in vit C (there is no numerical or comparative data btw) when I take vit C every day and have no symptoms of low vit C. I am apparently sensitive or have a 'mild reaction' to several things that I consume daily with no actual adverse reaction. There is a disclaimer that if you have a known reaction that isn't listed in the results that this is not an instruction to stop following medical advice. So this test can confidently tell me if I have a sensitivity rooibos tea but might miss someone's actual allergy to nuts? Apparently my hormones are "out of balance", although "no items have been identified as out of balance". The same claim is made for my gut biome also.

For a few years now I’ve been suffering after eating foods, bloating, constant visits to the toilet. Sometimes I need to visit the toilet 15 mins after food or drink, other times longer. The trouble was, I guessed what maybe was upsetting me, but it was a guess.the trouble is all the intolerance have the same symptoms! I recently took an intolerance test, which has revealed a number of interesting food intolerances and non-food intolerances. The guess work has been removed, in 3 weeks I am already feeling the benefits to excluding some of the worst food for my body. So if you are feeling bloated, low on energy upset stomach and/or lots of gas, it’s worth trying an Intolerance test. I got the report back quickly, I had a number of follow up questions; mainly is the intolerance to something specific or applicable to derivative of using the food. Example, coconut, does this include coconut oil , coconut milk or just coconut the flesh? All my questions were answered quickly and clearly. Thank you so much.

The test were received after some delay, but acceptable. I was surprised that the pack sent was little more than a labelled plastic bag and a stamped addressed envelope. I received my results ok, albeit I got an email saying they were being prothe same day I received them by email. My main concern was they got the name wrong on the report. When I reported it they were sorry, and sent another report. Not sure how I can be sure the results were even the right ones.

Ordered my results last week and received notification Friday to say they had been received and today my results were emailed across. Quick and efficient service, will definitely use again.

Super helpful! i had a test done and the staff were really good at giving me some advise in respect to the results. there were some issues with post but they were extremely attentive and helpful even with something that was out of there hands A+++++

What an amazing service! For years I've suffered with bloating and after submitting just a hair sample, yesterday my results helped so much. Me and my fiance used the current 75% discount deal and I now know to cut out cows milk, white bread, white grapes, cucumber and cayenne pepper! I suspected an intolerance with a certain food and the report came back with those two items highlighted. Gave me a few ideas about other problem causing foods too. It also said I had an intolerance to Gold too but I find that a little hard to believe! Apart from that. Superb information

Ok so contacted like requested below and this is the response to why the same persons test results were different. Make of it what you will. - Thank you for your email, firstly may I apologise at that you are unhappy with our reports. It is the last thing that we want to happen with our customers. With regards to your results and the difference between reports, it is common that if you run a second test directly/very soon after the first you will get a different set of results. Bio resonance is based on energy emitted from the individual, energy moves all the time and it is normal with continuance. No energy remains the same and the machine uses frequencies and corrects any item before moving onto the next. We recommend that the first set of results are the ones that should be used. ....... its a randomly generated report obviously, don't let them take your money. I'm still going to take this further. Go to another company.
