Great service little bit delay in kit but service is satisfied matches all results

Never received my test kits! When I emailed numerous times they eventually sent me my results! Amazing considering I never sent In a sample! I have requested my money back , but reading some of this feedback I don’t think I’m going to get it! Total SCAM

No order number was sent to me. No response to multiple emails. Have asked for a refund. Possibly I'll actually get it. Disappointed as my work colleague had a very different experience.

Was given a refund very promptly on request after reading negative reviews here and then researching and finding that their services are holistic (not medical or scientific). Please lookup "hair testing bio-renonanse" for more information on exactly the service you are paying for. I ordered the ultimate kit on Christmas day and was told on the 4th of January that they don't have any test kits for a whole week to send out but I could of sent hair to the lab directly. Emails were in poor English and hard to understand at some points, but I got a refund hence the 4 stars.

I had been experiencing physical reactions to something I had been eating or using. When I think back to the days when it was bad- I had been eating the things on my sensitive list! There were things on there that I had long suspected had been causing me grief. Really impressed with the range of items tested.

This is a scam! Been waiting since 30/11/2021 Sent emails no response! Spoke to someone on the chat, they said will get back to you that was December. I've now just started to out them on social media and other platforms! Please all do the same! It's the company leaving good reviews for them self's, have a look at the other reviews of 5 star it's that blatant! It's doesn't cost much to pay for a good review! All I want is my money back so I can go to a proper company 😁 Update 31.01.22 I was contacted by trustpiolt over a week ago! Asking me for more information as the company would like to contact me 😂 no contact from them at all! Please find a better company that's not just going to take your money. I've had around 300 viewings don't fall for the scam please. Update! I've was just on a live chat with the same company in Europe somewhere, As soon as I said are you the same company as the UK one! Wow it’s the best thing I have done, I now know why I feel bloated and a bit unwell after certain food. This report covers everything in your day to day life too. I would highly recommend this company and have told my friends and family too.

SCAM! Avoid at all costs. Ordered my test (cost £27) and I haven’t received it. Sent numerous emails but no response.

This company is completely illegitimate. Avoid at all costs. Customer service is diabolical. They are crooks! Took my money without sending me the email needed for testing, have tried to contact them 8 times. Yesterday I received tests results that I never even had! Absolutely despicable! They are just scam artists that fail to respond to their customers. Have asked for a refund several times as they have now proceeded to take funds from my account without providing their services which is ILLEGAL, and getting absolutely no where. Please don't let these tricksters fool you - how can they provide these so say results when you do not even send in a test? AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!!! Edit Just to add, after the 9th email I have just been told to "cool down"?! Absolutely disgusting customer service and totally unprofessional! I am disgusted! This will be taken further as they still haven't refunded me after 8 days of waiting!

Really pleased with the results from this I purchased the ultimate test and after keeping a food diary of the things that set me off then thought I’d give this a go, all of the things which make me feel unwell came up as well as a few others which I wasn’t aware of like dogs , hamsters which is interesting as I’m a veterinary nurse and work with these animals most of the time and do come up with rashes on my arms after handling frequently. There’s a lot of bad reviews and people saying it’s a scam but I genuinely think it’s worth a go. I won’t be cutting everything out but I will be making better diet changes and finding some alternatives slowly, as these are only Sensitivities it doesn’t mean you have an extreme allergy from them and have to cut them completely out of your diet it’s just a recommendation of things which have been highlighted. if you want to know a100 percent, this can only be determined by blood sampling which is stated by uk food intolerance, pleased I took the test and currently feeling better after some changes on my diet.

Emailed over the last couple of days with no response. Managed to speak to someone and they are having major server issues but they can be reached on sales @ ukfoodintolerance. eu They even called me back when I requested it. Phew thought something was wrong.

Still waiting on results even though i paid extra for express results. There is no one to call or contact, just a generic email that no one responds to. If no reply soon, i will have to start proceedings for fraud to get my money back.

Was really pleased with the information and will adjust my diet accordingly

Was told by my sister to try this for my dog who suffers (or we do) with terrible wind. The results were amazing didn't have much faith at first but have cut out sensitive items and it's working! No more bad wind!

I took the test and have never look back, stop eating food off my red list . Now feel much better.

A friend recommended the intolerance test having experienced similar digestive issues for many years. The testing process was super simple with results emailed within a week of sending my hair sample. I reviewed the test report and set about adapting my daily food and drink routine. It worked. But be prepared to invest the time and effort. I imagine taking shortcuts wouldn’t work for the long term. As with all diet adjustments - be realistic. The customer service team were fantastic; responded promptly and concisely to several question-based emails from my side. I whole-heartedly recommend.

The test has put things into perspective and I couldn’t be more happier. I was blown away with the results, and how in depth in was, I can now work through my diet to obtain optimum balance. Key points have been highlighted and I can begin changing my diet a wee bit, will definitely be incorporating good changes and increasing energy levels. Also gave reassurance to positive steps already incorporate in my daily life, my gut biome could be any better! Big thanks to you and the team for analysing my sample and giving me my results. I will definitely be referring friends and family to this test.
