All of my family tests came back almost identical, and I have tried numerous times to contact to discuss and have had zero response to my emails. Phone number is dead and you cannot get in touch. Avoid!

Because I don t receive my result

There is no phone number to call and I have emailed twice. My son sent a payment and a hair sample paid £27 and never heard back. Don’t bother waste of time and money

Sent my sample off never heard back off them collecting peoples dna and taking the money and SCAMMING people stay wall clear away

I still haven't received this test after waiting since we'll before Christmas!!!. No contact from them so I'd recommend that no one use this company.

Totally contradictary. One part said sensitive to certain foods then the other part said to eat these foods Not impressed at all

Absolutely fake. Ordered a test kit in the beginning of January 2022, never arrived. Website doesn't exist, emails bouncing back. Does Anyone have a phone number for this company?

Purchased and sent the sample back and got a set of results. I am a bit at a loss to know whether these results are from the scammers or the people I sent the payment to, there is no way to tell. I now have a complete lack of trust in the whole thing and the company. There was no correspondence from the company to notify myself that there was an issue and they had moved to a new web address. Edit- I took a follow up test with Yorktest they identified I am severely intolerant to wheat and gluten. They also identified my allergy to Grass as well (hayfever). Since cutting wheat and gluten out my diet I have felt so much better. The results from this company showed no such reaction to these. Food Intolerance UK tests are useless and not worth anything or I got another random set of results from their recent hack. My advice pay the money for a proper blood test via a reputable company. Hair and energy tests lack any scientific evidence

Scam indeed - I ordered a few weeks ago, nothings arrived & now there email address bounces back & no website.. Wish I'd checked these reviews out before parting with my money :(

I ordered test just after Christmas, expecting to arrive just in the first days of the new year. It didn’t arrive until 10th and I contacted the company but didn’t get any reply… 5 days later they replied it’s on the way and I should allow 3-5 working days…. 10 days later still no test, website is down and the email I sent was returned as the recipient no longer exist. What shall I do to get my money back?

Absolute scam. Not even sure if the website still exists.

This is a scam - I ordered on 26 December and received an acknowledgement e-mail, since then nothing. Nothing came in the post and the website and phone number (which I wish I'd made a note of) have both since disappeared. E-mails are returned as undeliverable, so there is no way at all to get in touch with them. The reviews I had read were good so I was not suspicious, but perhaps they were not real, as all the reviews I can find since then are negative about either not receiving the test kits or not receiving results. Either way, this appears to be a scam, complete waste of money, so don't waste your time!

They took the money and never sent any kits. I contacted them on the email and they said they were on the way. Now I get no response at all and the web link in the email doesn’t work. Think they are a scam!

This is a scam. First of all, there were no results for a few weeks, so I had to chase them. Got my results next day, but they probably forgot to tick the box in their system and guess what?!!! I am getting another set of test results and they do not match hahaha Don't waste your money.

This is a fraudulent company, you will not receive the items you have paid for. If you do manage to receive a response from the sales team it will be the most disjointed use of English and hard to understand.

I bought a test and haven't heard a thing from them. I seems that this is an elaborate scam from a large network of scammers. When one website bgets found out, they start another. Check out they have exact same us food intolerances, au, CA ,etc etc. They are all the same people. It appears to be something to do with salutem partners of the same address. Check out them on companies House as they are linked to one person. I've messaged their accreditation bodies and they only know of one of the people on the website who has a 'qualification'...i wonder if they are real? I don't like the chances of getting my money back but please don't be fooled by their lies about hackers, etc as theyare still advertising on Google! I will be reporting to trading standards and cap. UPDATE: They are back at it again! This time as check my intolerance .co.uk It's the same website with a new look. Same payment people. NEW po box to scam more people. Same owner. Even the same write ups and information! DONT BE FOOLED PEOPLE! I wrote to their governing body and they said they display of their logo was illegal as only one person there had any training!
