UK Food Intolerance

I’ve order a test ( but was my mistake to order the wrong one) and I told them, they promptly helped and done my refund. I have a friend who order and she’s very happy with the results. Definitely I will order again ( the right one this time) they are very attentive and helpful

I don't know how accurate this test is but for me it was life changing. After years of worsening asthma and a constant cough I have cut out the foods recognised as causing acute sensivity in the test and gluten. In the last ten days no cough. NO COUGH! I am still in a state of shock. Thank you so much.

Totally felt like I've just been scammed. My husband can somehow have dairy but he is lactose intolerant which makes me question the accuracy of these results. My husband also refuses to eat a certain type of food and has not touched it for the last 10 years so I don't know how this could have picked that up from a hair sample. It said he has a minor reaction to some shellfish when he has never eaten these in the duration of us being together. I hope someone can reach out to me and help explain the process for this as I can be wrong but as far as I know, these tests are absolutely inaccurate.

These tests were recommended to me by a friend. At first I was a bit unsure about what the whole process would entail but thankfully these tests are quick and easy to do and you receive a detailed and thorough account of your results. Overall brilliant service and product, would definitely recommend.

Not as accurate as I first thought

I am so greatfull for all the information you sent me on my intolerance results. This is really good results as I have been so unwell for 28yrs and in particularly I have been seriously ill for 9 months. So I’ll be changing my diet and avoiding the foods and non foods I am intolerant to as I want my full health back and start living life. I fully trust and recommend your service to anyone. All good, very quick turnaround, a fairly lengthy list of foods that may cause "issues", so time will tell how accurate they are. I have taken note that horse is one of the meats I need to avoid!

Great experience from start to finish, very fast sending it out & also a quick turn around with the results. My results have made me switch up my diet and will hopefully help me with feeling a lot healthier and better in myself after feeling not so great when eating certain foods I would highly recommend this service

First things first, this DOES NOT claim to be an allergy testing service - so, while I can't dispute the negative reviews on here for service (mine was excellent btw) - I can tell you to discount anyone who's moaning about it not being allergy testing. I don't read smallprint and I still knew that - so I don't know how it's crept passed everyone else. In terms of the feedback - it was seriously impressive. I received a 60+ page breakdown of possible intolerances. Clearly, this is intended as a guide - and unless you're willing to act on the advice and try a diet that systematically exclude certain foods, you're not going to know for certain - but for me it was fascinating and gave me a solid place to start additional research from. This isn't going to fix your dodgy stomach itself, but you already know that - instead, it's going to give you some leads to follow - each of which has proved to be useful for me.

Received my pack within a few days of ordering and received my results a week later. Very interesting to see the results, now I've just got to change my eating habits/foods and will hopefully see the benefits

You can’t discover allergies with hair. Whole thing’s a total scam, avoid.

This company is a joke. Don’t buy from them or give them your money!! I ordered a couples test (the most premium option available) and I received my results one month later and never received my partners. I then sent an email asking for his results and they sent it to me and they were identical to mine! They come across to be a genuine and professional company but the reality is they are just giving everyone the same results and scamming you for money! Avoid at all costs.

Scam! Waste of money!

I am very disappointed with the company. I have sent my hair sample and in 2 weeks didn't received any feedback from them. I sent an e-mail, where they said to me that they have received my sample and in 3 days I will get the results. After a week I haven't got the results and couldn't find the company anywhere on the internet, the e-mail were sent back to me. It's been 3 months and I still don't have the results, a refund or an apology.
