UK Food Intolerance

Was sceptical about doing this test so just bought the £7.99 one. Printed off form filled it in with hair sample posted it on 18th October had acknowledgment next day that it had arrived . Today I had the results 20th October. Such quick service and the results confirmed what I thought. Very happy with the service I was given. Thank you

I wasn't sure it's worth trying to have this test. But then I saw the reviews and I thought that it's well worth trying. I was simply desperate. NHS wasn't doing practically much, expecting me to identify these food sensitivities by myself. NHS only confirmed a mild allergy to trees, but didn't mention which. Well, with this test, I found out that they were the birch. Another thing this test confirmed is Sulphur Dioxide reaction, something I was suspecting, but there is no official test for it and it's harder than you think to do an elimination diet. An elimination diet is difficult and for me, it's a bit pointless, because what you don't know is what the fruits and vegetables are sprayed with. Or how the milk is changing the chemical composition when you warm it up. So I could be ok with cold milk, but not hot or milk from brand A, but not B. Or chickpease in water but not as a humus. This is how I used this test: I first gave them benefit of doubt that everything is correct so I eliminated absolutely everything, red and mild for a few days (I react to shellac?? or agar? How could I spot these??). Then I tested each individually. The test turned out to be a blessing! It doesn't say I'm intolerant or sensitive to yeast even if this was confirmed by another test. But this is also because at this point, I wasn't eating too much yeast already so I think the test shows what you're sensitive to from what you're exposed to! If you change exposure or food, then the test is changing. Anyway, well worth the money. It's the best buy out of thousands spent on "official tests" which produced no answers. I'm not having a go at medical domain here. I merely point out my own experience and the limitations of existing medical services.

The process of sending my hair sample for analysis was easy and straight forward and I received my results within a few days. The results cover a huge range of food, non food, minerals, metals, vitamins and additives. In addition there was a digestive health and metabolic analysis. The food intolerance analysis covers items I would eat everyday such as a range of flours, milks, meats, fruits and vegetables and food I would not consider but others may eat such as Bamboo Shoots, Liver, Rabbit and Guar Gum etc. It also covers spices, oils and sweeteners e.g. the analysis says I have a sensitivity to Cumin which I would never have considered. Other like me might not consider metals, vitamins and additives as well, the results showed I have a sensitivity to Zinc and Omega 3. Overall the results provide a lot of information to review and consider when planning a new diet and lifestyle.

Enjoyed ordering from this company. I'm hoping to see a change in my lifestyle but it has definitely given me the motivation to get in shape. I even went for a run today!

So glad my friend recommended this test to me. I've been having problems with my stomach for over 2 years. Was diagnosed with Diverticular Disease (by a colonoscopy) but avoiding the things they recommended still didn't seem to help. I had a few suspicions of what I may be intolerant to, which were confirmed by this test. Also some things I didn't suspect. I will be cutting them out from now on. Although this is not an allergy test, this test picked up on the fact that I have a high sensitivity to shellfish. I do actually have an allergy to it, so well done testers! I would highly recommend this company and this test. I look forward to seeing the results of my elimination diet.

I am not a competitor I am a paying customer. They are scammers unfortunately. I contacted them a couple of weeks ago and they don't reply. They just highlight random foods as mine was completely incorrect, please don't waste your money.

I've purchased a family test bundle but never got an email confirmation. I'm afraid they're a scam and I'll never see the product. Their customer service is not helpful. When I complained, I got an email saying they'd send the confirmation by email (instead of just sending it attached to the email they sent). I never got anything, it's been 48 hours already. Disappoinitng.

Service has gone downhill

Amazing service from start to finish. The website is great and the customer service even better. I have always been curious about my intolerances and now I have great insight into these. The information given is exceptional and for anyone wanting to do a test I would highly recommend using these.
