Fast results and it was highly accurate. I was rather skeptical but I am very pleased. Lots of stuff came up that I knew about and even what I suspected. Some of the results were something new but very interesting overall.

I kept suffering from various symptoms so sent away for a test. Received an email confirming my hair sample had been received & result would be received within 72 hours. I thought I hadn’t received it & got very busy with life so at the beginning of the week I emailed asking about my result & was told the result was sent in January & tge pdf file was attached with my results. I was advised to check my spam folder & there it was! The report was thorough and explained in detail. I am very happy 👍

Really great experience with this company, in particular, Lillie G From customer support. The test instructions were super easy to follow and I received my results quickly. They were in-depth and easy to understand but I still had a few questions I wanted clearing up before I went ahead with putting the results into practice and starting an elimination diet. Lillie was so helpful, answered all of my questions thoroughly and really helped me understand how the way things are processed etc can affect how we react to them. She gave me advice on what to cut out/ limit and offered me alternatives to things whilst taking my dietary requirements into account. I really can’t fault her service - she went above and beyond. I am really happy I did not pay full price for this test, it was on offer at 25£ (Normal price 1000£). I am allergic to dairy, quite bad, and this test said I am not. Also said I am sensitive to grass - I have had a skin patch test done, at my derma, and I am not sensitive or allergic to grass. I was really excited to have this test, but wow. Really a waste of time lol

I was unsure what to expect, but the procedure for supplying samples was very easy and straightforward. Within a few days of posting, I received an acknowledgement to say that the samples had been received and would be processed. I was contacted during the process for confirmation of my requirements. The food intolerance test results were utter rubbish ! My known food intolerances didn’t show up in the results. Several new ones did, like ‘vegetable oil’, ‘salt’, which are a bit misleading as vegetable oil could be one of many types of oil and salt could mean processed packaged salt with fillers or pure sea salt. I contacted them twice by email for clarification, but they never responded.

Results cannot be trusted as it didn't pick up our KNOWN sensitivities , e.g. cats, dairy, wheat - it said we were all negative for those! And the things that come up are very questionable. My intention was to find out in particular what is causing my husbands' chronic but intermittent sneezing/running eyes and nose/ sniffing. And my children keep having tummy aches, and I have my own issues so I thought we could test the whole family. So I took the plunge spending all that money! The information I will paste below, in the section titled 'Sensitivity is not an allergy' I feel should have been made clear BEFORE I paid for the tests, where they are advertised, and not AFTER, when receive the results! The physiological process, which takes place in the body during an allergic reaction, is also entirely different to that of sensitivity. An allergic reaction involves the immune system and cells called antibodies, whereas this is not involved in sensitivity. Hair testing does not test antibody levels therefore this is why it cannot be used to test for allergy. This was not at all made clear before ordering. And even so - you would expect there to be some level of trust and accuracy.

Pretty sure the results are a scam. I know im wheat intolerant and that wasnt picked up. They cant tell anything from hair.

I did this and found the information so useful. Some things surprised me but after few months of eliminating or reducing consumption of some foods I have noticed a change. This is certainly worth trying to give a staring point. Thank you for opening my eyes

Had multiple tests, was really happy originally but having had other tests I can't help but feel dis-satisfied with what I've experienced. Sorry, but I'm that upset I felt the need to change my review.

I bought one kit to test my 5 years old son to see at what other foods he has intolerance . Not real! The results are totally fake! I'm saying this because my son had blood test from nhs which shows he has lactose intolerance at cow milk and this didn't show that which means is either fake or the results was mixed up with someone elses! Also he has cat allergy since he was only a baby which manifests through sneezing repeatedly when he is around cats,sore eyes watering and runny nose but this test shows he is not allergic to cats either, in change shows allergy to dogs which doesn't make sense as he is been around dogs with no problem! I really want my money back, i feel robbed sincerely!! Answer to their reply: Liers! I asked before and you said lactose intolerance will be seen on this test kit also you specified a lot of allergies on the test results and on the results you send me you specified my child has allergy to dogs which is FALSE because he is not allergic to dogs. He is allergic to cats but ut doesn't show that either!!! He had blood test by NHS that shows intolerance to lactose and the results you send me doesn't show that either, and intolerances are classified as sensitivities! He also has allergy to Penicillin, you didn't show that on the results either!!! Because you send false results, so many people complainimg about you, I should've checked the reviews before! You are scammers! I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!

Disappointed. Some of the foods etc i know i'm sensitive to, did not show up in the test. Also said my bile salts are in balance, but i have bile salt malabsorption. Waste of money!
