Don’t waste your money! My 9 year son has severe eczema it has gotten worse this year, so I thought I’d check to see if he had any new intolerances while I’m waiting for his dermatologist appointment. He had tests about 5 years ago at the hospital for allergies, so he has some known allergies that still effect him now if he’s in contact with them. They didn’t even show up on this test that he was mildly effected by them, surely he’d be slightly intolerant. So can’t believe any of the results that they’ve now stated. He has 3 known allergies, mad that all 3 was in his no reaction section.

I compared this test (hair) to a blood test for intolerance to foods. Not one single item was duplicated. Much of this test was just waffle and items not eaten anyway. It would be interesting to gather together a thousand people's results who have used this particular test, I reckon many will be exactly the same. Copy and paste comes to mind, considering how rapidly the results come back. Don't waste your money.

Well, I don't want to tempt fate too soon, however I believe I am on the way to addressing some tiresome issues from what I believe was a wheat intolerance since receiving my results. All boating and waves of tiredness are less troublesome after mealtimes too. Food is returning to a pleasurable experience again. I cannot thank and sing the praises enough of the kind and considerate support i received to my many, many questions to the advisors via email. A real credit to the company (hope they're reading this). Thank you team for being so considerate and respectful of my condition.

My results showed I'm intolerant to almost every meat, yoghurt, ginger, wheat, coffee and rice! That's only a few I've listed! It says I'm low in vitamin b but I'm on a very good quality, highly recommended b complex for ages now. None of it makes sense!

In ordered this test on my daughter's recommendation. The results came back within 24 hours of my sample being received. I was devastated to see chocolate and avocados on my red list! I wasn't surprised to see gluten as this is what I suspected could be causing my stomach problems. I emailed the support team as I was unsure of wheat v gluten, and why some wheat products were showing green when gluten was red. I received a very quick response from Lillie in the customer service team with a full explanation on the structure of these foods and advice on which products to cut out of my diet. The five star review is for the customer service - I have yet to eliminate the suggested foods but will write a further review to let you know if it worked!

So pleased I did this test. The results came back quickly by email. The food intolerance list was so random but interesting. I was very disappointed to see milk chocolate and white wine on the list (!) but I stopped with both along with other items listed and I really do feel a difference. I recommend to try if you are wondering if you may have an intolerance to something but not sure what as I did.

I was a bit skeptical with how much the test was. After reading the reviews i decided to go for it. Im so glad i did. It was easy to do. Very quick to deliver the results and the aftercare team where great with advice. I would recommend this to anyone.

Do not trust this test, the results for food sensitivities are wholly inaccurate. After eliminating gluten from my diet (after a negative coeliac specific test) and finding vast improvement upon doing so and being told by my Dr it is still possible to have an intolerance this test showed no intolerance to any food containing gluten or fructans. It did show a severe reaction to rice and maize. I had been eating rice several times a day for the prior 4-5 days before receiving the results with no adverse effects as well as having no ill effect when using corn flour as a replacement for standard gluten containing flours for pancakes and sauces. Upon receiving the results I thought I would put them to the test since they were vastly different to what I expected. I had white bread in the morning since the test showed zero sensitivity and within hours I had a reaction. Since I haven’t continued eating gluten things have settled down. Complete waste of money and essentially threw a spanner in the works for what the plan was to find out about any other sensitivities I have that may cause IBS flare ups. Quickly decided to ignore the results. A major red flag looking back is that they seem to have had 80% off every single day I looked at the website despite saying it is a limited time offer with a count down until the “sale” ends.

ALL KNOWN SENSITIVITIES WERE IN GREEN. FOOD I NEVER EAT AND SOME THAT I DO EAT WITH NO ISSUES AT ALL WERE IN RED. VERY WRONG AND MISLEADING RESULT. DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THEY ARE MOST LIKELY COMPUTER GENERATED AND NOT FROM REAL PEOPLES EXPERIENCE OR THOSE PEOPLE ARE DESPERATE TO BELIEVE SO.

Excellent service. Purchased Sunday night got results Tuesday night. Very precise results as well, easy to understand and just what I thought the results might be so I trust the results to be true

I posted my sample on the 20th of April and got an email at 11:14 on the 21st of April to say they had received it. At 13:48 on the same day, I received my results. They stated they had done 'extensive' testing on over 900 food and non food items. Really! I don't believe that is possible in such a short space of time. I have known sensitivities and was using the service as I was curious if the results would be accurate. They were not. Do not waste your money.

I highly highly doubt the accuracy of this test. I got an email on the Friday confirming that my test had been received that day and that it would take 72 working hours to receive my test results. I received my results and a full report within hours of them confirming they’d only just received my test. This alone is questionable. My test then stated that I was mildly sensitive to dogs, I have been living with dogs for the last 10 years and am around many breeds of dogs at my office and have never once had any insensitivities. It also said I was highly insensitive to asparagus which I had eaten in a few meals recently and had absolutely no side effects/issues or sensitivities.
