The customer support is great with responses on the day and team are helpful. I am still little ambiguous of test results as I was found to be deficient in a lot of things but my blood tests all normal. As for food sensitivities- I am trialling this with so far positive response.

Great rapid service, with easy to understand information

Not sure I can trust the results. Food that I have no problem with showed on the result as food I should avoid and food I know is problematic is not flagged on the result at all. The company works fast and the report is well presented but I feel its inaccurate. I did contacted the company for explanation of the results but that did not help. For example I have no reaction to mushrooms and mushrooms were flagged by the report as no good for me. I have known reaction to garlic and dairy but that was marked as completely safe for me.

Great value for money. Results came back quickly. A few surprises were there but I've cut those items out and can already see a difference. Would totally recommend. There was around 50 pages of info.

I recently sent off for a sensitivity/intolerance analysis and I was really pleased with the results I was given. Not only did I receive a fully detailed report, it gave advice and knowledge about my body that numerous doctors would not provide me with. Would highly recommend!

Simply fabulous

A very informative and comprehensive analysis of not just food intolerances but general sensitivities to flora, fauna, dust, mound et al; which was most helpful. Also the gut biome info about good bacteria present was very useful and I was not expecting you to go into such depth. Likewise, I was not expecting you to analyse my vitamin levels and it is very interesting as my doctor gave me a test for anaemia and said I was fine but he did not test me for vitamin B6 whereas you did. So thanks to you and not my doctor, I know that I am B6 deficient and allergic to mould which explains my blocked nose is not a sinus issue at all! So an A grade for you and zero for my doctor! Thank you.

Very interesting and I've started making changes to my life to help with some of my vitamins deficiencys. It's good to see what I'm sensitive to.

Just received my results I would like to say thank you, staff were very helpful in answering my questions regarding results. I will now be taking these to my gp and hopefully come up with a plan to avoid the things that caused the tummy pain that I suffer after eating certain foods, thanks guys 😊

I did the same test months ago results were completely different

The kit was delivered sooner than I expected, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to complete. After posting, my results came back in an efficient time. The results were sent via email and was displayed in a way where it was clear and easy to understand. I’d say the results were accurate, as since cutting out the foods highlighted as ‘sensitive foods’ / tolerance foods, i no longer have bad reactions e.g bloating, nausea & cramping etc.

I was sceptical initially about trying this test, but wanted to see the results. A work colleague recommended them after he had used them for his daughter who experienced migraines- she has omitted the red light foods and has not experienced a migraine since! Unlike other companies who send you nothing but an email receipt-these guys send you a prepaid envelope (ok it’s 2nd class and I’d expect 1st for paying an extra £5 for priority- so assume that the priority is directed at the testing rather than the postman lol!) Anyway, I diligently pulled 5 hairs from my head, placed in supplied, labelled bag, and posted in prepaid envelope. Received results 2 days later, and I was pleasantly surprised at the results- traffic light system is used to identify sensitive substances. I was noted to be highly sensitive to dairy and lactose- now, I had had serious reactions to these foods recently and wanted to see if I was sensitive to them. Bear in mind you give the company absolutely zero information regarding your health concerns- which could obviously sway your results with some companies! I am delighted that my suspicions were correct and I have now removed all offending products from my diet! Only time will tell, but I’m feeling better already lol!

Amazing service. Prompt results and although the results were unusual ( tea was a big red! for an Irish woman who drinks the stuff all day) but stopped tea immediately and have not looked back. Literally life changing.
