UK Food Intolerance

Great website. Very easy to send the sample , all paid for. Got my results in few days which was great. The whole information was very detailed and each section was clearly marked with abbreviations. I thought the food which were healthy for me and I have been having for years are not actually good for me and my gut. Very surprised!!

Very disappointed was looking forward to it them when I got the results it nevrt made sense to me all I was allergic to is things I nevrt eaten I don't believe its accurate at all

My results were return ahead of the dates advised. A complete and comprehensive list was given with all the results easily explained.

I got the test heavily discounted, and to me a worthwhile bargain. Unfortunately I never received the emailed results but an email to the customer service yielded a reply and the results within minutes. What an exhaustive set of results, well set out and explained in detail I had a query on part of the report so sent an email and within the hour I had a reply. Very good service

Really happy with my experience. The delivery time for the test was quick and the results were quick too! There is definitely something to this test, as all of foods I thought I had an intolerance to turned up on my results (and some that I wasn’t aware of too). I got the ultimate test which also included vitamins and minerals that I am lacking and a breakdown of healthy bacteria that may be out of balance in the gut biome. Really insightful and is helping inform my food decisions. I needed further understanding on a couple of my results so I emailed the company to ask. They got back to me straight away to help with my questions. Product and service 10/10. Thanks!

Highly recommended! Affordable! Very fast! It’s been an invaluable tool on my journey to recovering from gastrointestinal issues, caused by taking Naproxen. After discharging myself from hospital, after having kidney infection and stone, along with chronic UTI, all connected to my gastrointestinal issues. I am left with healing myself as the NHS takes no responsibility. This test has given me a true reading of where my digestive health is at, and what I can eliminate to assist my recovery. I am still working on my recovery, but in just a week, my energy levels returned, along with feeling more positive about my progress. I will be repeating the test in 3 months to check my gut flora levels and also to see if any new sensitivities have arisen, due to the fact, I am eating a lot of certain foods, because of my dietary limitations. It’s something we can all benefit from, as long as that doesn’t start going up in price 🙏

I placed an order weeks ago and it has never arrived. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and service from this company, it's incredibly disappointing and unprofessional to take a customer's money and not deliver the product as promised. I strongly advise others to steer clear. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money by avoiding this company altogether. It's a shame that I have to give even one star for this review because they don't deserve it. Zero stars would be a more accurate representation of my experience. Absolutely dreadful.

I received an email from the company immediately after they had received my sample. Then I received the results via email way ahead of time, so well done. The overall presentation of the product was extremely professional and very easy to understand and the way it is all laid out provides you with an instant reference to look back on. I had a query which was answered immediately, so very pleased. Once again well done and thank you.

I bought this due to having conflicting results from other companies. The test pack was sent quickly and results posted by email within a few days. The breakdown of the hair analysis seems very thorough and confirmed a few intolerances that I was already aware of. Since it’s almost impossible to guarantee how accurate all the results were, I can only use them to keep an eye on my reactions, especially to the things that were highlighted. The only result that I was surprised not to see, was Soya, which I have a lot of problems with. All I can think is that it wasn’t shown, as it’s more of an allergy than an intolerance. On the whole, it seemed a good general test and for the price, was definitely worth doing.

Based on flawed science, and intolerances did not line up with ones I have been medically diagnosed with and struggle with everyday. Would not recommend to anyone.
