The results did not looked legitimate. I did 1 test in March 2023 and now in November but as per results they were so different which almost looked like 2 separate human beings were tested. I do not trust this company anymore. I raised concerns with them but no one even bothered to reply.

I have suffered with IBS for many years. Putting up with embarrassing symptoms and pain. Had several uncomfortable and undignified tests to check nothing more sinister going on. Latest symptoms were uncomfortable and unpredictable bloating. I could cope with this so finally thought about intolerance testing as I really couldn’t bear looking 8 months pregnant and not fitting into my clothes. The results were surprising after years of second guessing what sets off my IBS. I have to say within a few days of avoiding the red listed foods and drinks on my results list I can not believe my symptoms have disappeared!!!! I am truly amazed that something so simple as pulling a few hairs from my head and sending them off to be analysed has resulted in me feeling normal. Best thing I have ever done for myself. I wish I had tested years ago.

Results amaze me! Picked up on this i never focused on and pain after the foods im sensative too just make sense now! Feel better already. Cant wait to see results in the long run. So obsessed with this test my friends and family have booked it too

I ordered an intolerance kit which arrived in about 2 days. It is so easy to do, you simply pull out a few stands of hair and return to them in the prepaid envelope and within 7 days I'd received a thorough 60+ page document outlining all things I'm intolerant too, vitamins I'm low on, how my gut biome is etc. I really can not recommend it enough. I only paid about £22 in the sale but would happily pay considerably more. I've since bought kits for family members.

I have yet to receive my test. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve ordered it. At this point I feel like cutting my losses. It seems like a scam to me.

If my experience is great then that's with heart on my sleeve,knowing certain things about yourself can have mixed emotions to be honest, yes it's beneficial to your health, but at the same time gutting that foods you have loved throughout your life has caused you to have systems,but heay ho, time for reset.

Great experience with UK Food Tolerance. I used the service to understand what my 18 month old son was intolerant too. I originally went to the NHS and saw a dietician who advised to remove all dairy and then introduce it after a month, that seemed somewhat pointless, however I took the advice. I found that once dairy was introduced, he began to vomit and become unwell again. By instead paying the £25 fee and using this service, I was provided with a lengthy 60odd page document advising of what he was intolerant too. Milk fat of all things was one of them, so rather than buying oat/soya milk, I’m now able to give him skimmed cows milk, which all the family can enjoy too, rather than buying two different types of milk, every food shop. This has made our lives so much easier and allows us to buy foods he can enjoy, as opposed to doing the guessing game and potentially waiting for him to become unwell. Thanks UK Food Tolerance, this process has been a game changer for my son and our family.

Very efficient service and the report is very detailed. I have cut out coffee and my symptoms have reduced, even though it is only 2 weeks.

For £25 this intolerance tests covers so many things. Not just food but also environmental intolerance and metals and E numbers it’s the full spectrum really for such a small Amount 👍🏾 Highly recommend
