UK Food Intolerance

I have used this company many times and been thrilled with my results. I have not received any email or any results this time and received 2 codes but only able to use 1! I have now just seen a warning saying this company has been displaying Trustpilot content incorrectly so this makes sense. Alice was not available each time I tried to contact either.

Purchased 2 tests and received 2 codes but it will only allow me to register one and the other isn’t showing on my account. Can’t get hold of customer service. Total waste of time and money when no one can answer a simple question

Awful experience, I paid for 2 tests. 1 for my girlfriend and one for myself. We were shocked to realise you had to send a sample of hair, but nevertheless not a major issue. The real shock came when we only received 1 code, I emailed and questioned this and was told to provide screenshots of my bank statements by Alice over email, skeptical however I proceeded. With unwavering proof I had been charged twice (I even received 2 order number receipts!!), still to no avail. Alice has now seemed to of lost the ability to reply and provide “customer support”. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now and I will no longer waste anymore of my time on it. My girlfriend got here results however, so I guess in this case it was 1 for the price of 2! I should’ve read the reviews here before I purchased 2 sets, seems it’s a common issue…

Firstly, I must have not read the page very thoroughly because I was expecting to be mailed a test kit. Only when I looked at the FAQ a week later, did I realise that there is no test kit. You simply register a code online and send your hair in an envelope (so you have to pay postage too!) Once I did that, they received my sample and processed my results very quickly. However, I'm confused that things that I know I'm allergic/intolerant to show up as green on my results. I'm severely allergic to kiwi but this shows up as green in my results. I also have severe hayfever with my worst tree being birch, but that's green too. I asked their chat bot and it told me that allergies are different to intolerances, so I guess that's why kiwi showed up as green, but I'm still not convinced about hayfever/tree part... Surely that's an intolerance and should show up? Google says that hair tests aren't scientifically accurate, so I guess it's just a bit of fun, and gives you a general idea of what you could be intolerant of.

STAY AWAY!!! They gave me the tests results within 2-3 days from the time they received the sample. BUT the results were terrible. I am allergic to figs, I have an EpiPen in case I come in contact or eat figs. And they told me I am ok with figs. The text they provide is the same for every test. "Just look after your diet", really as if I did not know.

Terrible. Was hoping to speak to Becky but she doesn’t seem to be available anymore. No response and no results. Please avoid and save your money!

Was amazed at the results. It was a very quick turnaround to get the results back as well.

It’s been over two weeks now and I’m still waiting for my test results. I emailed company multiple times and never received no reply. Do not purchase nothing from this company. Their customer service is non existent. I’ll wait another week for reply and then I’m going to report them to appropriate authorities, because what they doing is fraud and stealing people’s money.

Never received any results back. No replies to my emails. Waste of money!

I ordered a food intolerance test from this company on the 6th of April, hoping it would give me some clarity and help with ongoing health concerns. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The test kit didn’t arrive until more than three weeks after my order, which was already concerning. Once it finally arrived, I followed all the instructions and sent off my hair sample immediately. It’s now the 5th of May and I’ve yet to receive any test results. Even worse, I’ve sent multiple emails to the company asking for updates and received no reply at all. For something that wasn’t cheap, I expected at the very least basic communication — let alone the actual service I paid for. This entire process has left me disheartened. I put my trust in this company, hoping it would help me understand my body better, but instead I feel completely let down. I would strongly urge others to be cautious before purchasing from here.

Fast results and very interesting to know

Since my results I have been careful to avoid food I am sensitive too. This has improved my skin, which was always red around my mouth. Now it’s practically gone! One word… wow 🤩

Excellent service. Got results through within days.

I was satisfied with the clarity of the result. They check for different types of sensitivities (not for allergies!); food, metal, minerals, additives, etc). When I had further questions after reading my analysis they were quick and clear with their email response. The future will tell if by following their advice I will feel better or not. It looks promising so far.

Very interesting to see what I am sensitive to there is a few things that I know I'm definatly sensitive too but haven't shown up on this which I find very bizzare but on the whole lots of information to go through and see what I can eliminate from my Diet to see if that helps settle my Gut Down
