I bought the intolerance test during a fantastic sale that was on. The sample kit arrived really quickly. It was easy to follow and send back in the pre paid envelope. The results were back within 72 hours and they were very informative. I’ve ordered another test for my son.

Very attentive and helpful. Matt especially, was exceptionally helpful.

I want to say a massive thank you to Matt , who went above and beyond with my query. My returned kit has gone missing in the post and he kindly sent me a replacement kit. Great customer service. Dealt with my query expeditiously. Can’t fault them.

According to my research this is absolute buncum without any scientific basis. The report they sent was 70 pages of utter guff with no explanation of the techniques used. I will be asking for a refund and/ or reporting them to Trading Standards.

Would recommend Easy to do, good price, interesting to see the results and the customer service team were quick to respond when I emailed a query.

At first, my track did not reach my hand, but I received very quick support from customer service and I was satisfied with this service :)

Not got results yet so it may work out better than a three star, but I didn’t realise that once you purchased you just print a from, pull your hair out and have to get a bag etc to send it off. Thought you’d get a kit but very easy to do.
