Very disappointed with the results

I think this test isn t relevant.

My kit came extremely quickly with clear instructions on what to do. Altogether it took about a week from ordering to having my results back and I didn't do fast track. The results can be quite confusing at times as I wasn't expecting to be reading about E numbers, however it has made me think more about the kind of foods I'm eating, overall I'm very pleased.

Great company. I had my results within a few days. It’s really helped to see what I was intolerant to and cut out the foods. Feel a lot better!!

I am very pleased with the service and was surprised at some of the things I was highly sensitive to but having adjusted my diet my symptoms have all but disappeared would highly recommend taking this test if you have any IBS symptoms you will be surprised at the results

I ordered one of these test as I keep on getting stomach issues, I received the results back and there full of rubbish some if the foods on that list I eat everyday and don’t suffer from issues, go to your GP if you want professional results!

I have had formal doctor approved laboratory blood work allergy testing done many times over the years. And I've had allergies skin patch testing as well so I already know what is positive and negative. I have always been curious about hair testing food intolerances finally decided to take a chance. This was the number one site on Google and also it had a special so the discount made it even more appealing even though it was still a decent expense. It ended up being worth every single Pence. First of all the test came within two days of ordering that was so fast. The instructions were easy I used a mirror and was able to separate hairs and pluck them by the root I collected five in total and posted them that day. To my astonishment they received the specimen the next day. I was guaranteed to get the results within 72 hours so then the next surprise was getting them in 48 hours. There were several Foods listed I was surprised to see that I would have a reaction to then there was many that I wasn't surprised. In fact it seems the same five foods I eat on a repeat were all the ones listed that possibly can't just be a coincidence when there are hundreds and thousands of food products to choose from. Here is an example a few weeks ago I decided I really liked sesame whether it was in the form of seeds or tahini. I had been consuming it daily and that was one of the foods listed, could be explaining some of the headaches and rashes that I have experienced. It could also be a number of other factors however it won't hurt to eliminate Sesame for a while and some of the other foods which I plan on doing in an Elimination Diet. I was also impressed with this test because I was very concerned about the minerals vitamins and metal toxicity levels. I always thought I had a sensitivity to nickel but I had allergy tested negative for that so imagine my surprise when one of my most serious sensitivities was due to Cobalt which is a metal element just like nickel. Not sure though if this is a high-level based on the foods I eat that are high in Cobalt or the metals I am touching on a daily basis that contain Cobalt however this 100% could explain my hand eczema. I will continue to wear gloves as needed while handling this metal and also I will cut back on some of the foods that are high in Cobalt just until my immune system has time to have a rest . I was also very pleased to see the vitamin levels because there are some supplements that I have been taking and now I know I will stop as I believe I have been taking too many. I Feel So Satisfied by this test that I contacted customer service and immediately ordered one for my spouse, it will be interesting to see his results as we very greatly in our age and diet. If you have been on a quest and Western medicine is not giving you the answers you want and you want to try to see something different than go ahead and give this test a chance you might just be surprised at the results as well

I got a test about 2 years ago and it really helped me find out what I am intolerant to. Having the PDF with my results made it easy for me to look at the ingredients while food shopping. Honestly, this company have really sorted me out and a few friends have used the same company to do their testings too. I sent off my hair samples and in less than 7 working days I had my results back. Just upsetting to know what im allergic to, recently I reached out and asked how many times I need to retest and Wendy was very helpful and understanding. I will be re-testing soon.

Absolute nonsense, my test said I don't have any digestive issues yet I suffer from bile in my stool daily. Also shown up foods in green (non sensitive) I know I have an Intolerance to. Don't waste your money on this absolutely fabricated rubbish of a intolerance test from this company

I have a lot of stomach issues since having my gall bladder removed this test has highlighted foods that I should be avoiding in my diet. Really insightful and helpful. Got really good deal on the test as well. The customer service is fantastic too. I wouldn't hesitate to use again for a more in depth test. Thank you.

Very quick delivery, just waiting for the results

I ordered this as I’ve been diagnosed with IBS and I hoped it might help to highlight foods that I’m sensitive to. It was much cheaper than York Test but still as bad. My GP was dubious when I told him about it, as none of these companies are regulated. I should’ve listened to him. Of the 13 foods that were flagged as sensitive I eat maybe 4 or 5 OCCASIONALLY, yet I have IBS symptoms every single day so none of them cause issues. What a load of codswallop!!!

I'm so impressed by the speed of results and great information I received, plus the after-sales care is amazing! I would highly recommend.
