UK Food Intolerance

I paid for test for my partner, our dog and myself. The report is very detailed with every area being explained. Test results came back super quick except the dog's. This was lost in my junk mail so I contacted the team. They happily resent it and within 5 minutes I had a better understanding of the dogs Sensitivities. Amazing customer service.

Great service with quick turnaround and excellent customer service. It was recommended to me, as I have had a few health problems recently and it was really interesting to see the results. The analysis, results and advice are eye opening. The amount of tests done, are amazing. Only downside, was the fact I have a high sensitivity to pork sausages😩😩. Can I survive without them😁 I’m hoping my health improves now I know what I am intolerant to. All in all, an excellent test, even if only for piece of mind.

Comprehensive and thorough

First time ordering a food sensitivity test and was very pleased with the whole experience! Ordering process was easy and the kit shipped well within the estimated time. Providing a hair sample quick and easy too, as was dropping off the paid return envelope in a post box. Received results by email much faster than anticipated and it’s been eye opening. I planned to take the results with a grain of salt but thought it was interesting that it picked up on a previously known sensitivity! It’s given me some good insight and would recommend for anyone interested in learning more about their own sensitivities. I would order again in the future.

Speedy service and very interesting to do a food intolerance test. I chose to do it due to IBS getting much worse. Now I can indentify why. Loads of information to help move forward

I did the Ultra intolerance test and received my results sooner than the advised 72hrs from receipt of sample. The report is very thorough and interesting! It's amazing how much can be tested for from a few strands of hair. Eliminating the foods and things marked as red will hopefully help to get things sorted as I suffer with IBS type symptoms and have done for about 18 months. After receiving my results I had a few questions so emailed and received a reply with an unbelievable amount of information which was so helpful and I didn't feel like I was being a pest then asking a few more. Becky from the Customer Service team has been brilliant and more than helpful. The rest of my family are going to order theirs too.

Tests everything all good and that but half of the things are useless/not come across in every day life. Accurate results though. Found out my daughter is gluten free and lactose free and my son has a reaction to red food.

I received a really comprehensive report after I did the ultimate intolerance test. It was really interesting and I’m looking forward to doing the elimination diet to see if it helps. I also had a question about one of the suggested sensitivities and when I messaged I got a really swift and helpful response from Becky. I’d highly recommend, it has been really enlightening.

Prior to taking the test, I have known I've got a lactose intolerance for years, I cannot consume dairy products without having symptoms. Recently I started having similar symptoms even when not consuming dairy so figured I'd do an intolerance test to check if anything else was causing me trouble. According to this test I'm not even lactose intolerant, I have an intolerance to 'casein' and 'sour cream' but not cows milk, not various types of cheeses, not lactose. Feels quite scammy given I have an extensive history of being lactose intolerant and this test says it's an item that doesn't trigger me (can confirm it absolutely does, it's documented in my medical notes and everything). I would not recommend spending your money on this.
